Where is jack ass and charalton on this issue? Barry can’t be bothered with speaking up now. Why is that? As FormerlyHDean has stated enaffective gun laws and the restriction of individuals to defend themselves is what is being displayed. This proves the old saying “when guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have them”. From a duly sworn officers perspective, arm yourself to protect yourself. By the time we arrive the crime is over and all that is left is the carnage.

42 people killed and wounded over one hot weekend in Chicago. Unlike Treyvon Martin, none of the victims will be remembered by the MSM. They will not be eulogized by President Obama. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton will not fly into Chicago and lead marches demanding justice for the victims. The New Black Panthers will not post a reward for the capture of the perps. If arrested, the shooters will not be identified as “white Hispanics”. If some of the alleged shooters are found innocent by a jury there will be no riots. No one will care

No one will care because there’s no political gain to be made from all the mayhem.

It’s going to be a long, hot summer in Chicago, Olivia will have plenty of work to do in the emergency room.

In the county where I work, Spartanburg County, in SC you could not turn on the news at night without hearing about a murder or homicide etc. Finally the Sherriff had enough he encouraged all citizens to go out and get a concealed weapons permit, the result the crime rate has dropped dramatically. Ask your self. If I am a criminal who will be my victim? the possibly armed person or the person who I know is unarmed?

Yea so a bunch of people shot each other and a few died, who cares, Obama had a wedding to go to and a golf game to play. The only reason Obama would be concerned is if they vote democrat, and in Chicago they still can, now that they are dead they can vote all over town…Just another day in the windy city.

Yes, and over a hundred city cops were needed to protect this Royal Wedding while Chicago further descends into Third World violence and insanity—are we turning into a Banana Republic or what?

Why must the media report people as “hurt” from gunfire when they were clearly WOUNDED? Could it be it sounds less lawless?

that is because all the cops were at Valerie Jarrett’s Daughter’s wedding. I mean what’s more important… The safety of the masses or making sure the masses don’t get near their royal highnesses?

Yes. Probably a bit of a tasteless joke considering that the losing and maiming of human life is involved, but I believe fatherlessness and broken families is at the root of the mayhem in many cities.

Exactly, and it is way too pervasive in our throwaway society.
Unfortunately, the left seems to keep making the point that a child doesn’t need 2 parents, (unless they’re a gay couple) to raise a child. The problem with that theory is that boys tend to look for a father figure when there isn’t one in the home, which is why they end up gravitating to gangs, not for the crime, but for the structure and leadership they offer.
