And I wonder if each of those 1,800 jobs cost e.g. $174,000 each to create? (By taking the amount of stimulus funds spent divided by 1,800 that is.)

I’m not 100% certain, but being from MN with ND relatives, I believe the jobs are related to the OIL FIELDS in North Dakota.

Quick glance at this chart shows that the estimates are nearly 100% wrong in the opposite direction– i.e. instead of creating 34K jobs Nevada lost 34K jobs. Poses well for their ability to ‘estimate’ the financing of the health care agenda.

So what industry in North Dakota is gaining all of these jobs? Gaming? Or maybe it is a welcoming committee for all of the new job seekers? BTW, are these Green jobs for vegans? Guess I’ll stay put and unload the Grapes of Wrath pick-up.
