The whole charade is in its death throes. Good. Have you heard about the recent Alaskan winters? The state’s average temperature has dropped by more than two degrees over the past 10 or 15 years.

Exactly right. Al Gore has become a multi millionaire due to this religion that he invented. Jesus Christ even though by right is owner of all things and people chose to live a life of legal poverty as He essentially introduced a new aspect to the Faith system His Father already instituted. Momo became rich as well and powerful in the institution and propagation of the religion he created. Every single person who institutes a culture of worship around himself or the religion of his choice does the exact same thing from King Louis the XIV to Hitler and Stalin and Kim Jun Il. It is astounding the difference that you measurably see between all of this people and Christ. Amazing.

Former Prime Minister Helen Clark is back in the country and she’s been urging people to push for more action on climate change.

She has been talking up the successes of the United Nations Climate Change summit in Rio de Janiero but says many developed countries are distracted by economic issues and aren’t looking to the future of the planet.

“There is an opportunity to do it differently,” she told Firstline this morning.

Mrs Clark says New Zealand needs to bring farmers into the Emissions Trading Scheme ‘in time’.

“You can’t have your major sector generating greenhouse gases outside the scheme. Then it’s a question of how you can use science and technology to support the farmers to get through this and still be true to the backbone of the economy,” she says.

The former Prime Minister believes New Zealand ‘needs to try a lot harder’ to reduce emissions.

…the old joke was about taxing the air that you breathe, but they are serious. They also need to be beaten back, crushed, & destroyed or else they will kill our way of life.

Jesus these fools have to be related to Alan Greenspan with such garbage spewing from their mouths. Nothing said and at all but a whole lot of CO2 expelled. Maybe they are responsible for global warming.

Bingo! I say tell them, “you first”. When they what I mean, I tell them to off themselves, & explain that the act of respiration creates CO2 that needs to be limited. Since we create CO2 just by existing, & since they think that is a problem, I tell them the answer is suicide. I get laughs, & I get dirty looks. I don’t give damn.

I believe that climate change is in part caused by humans. By the fact that there are a few billion of us on the planet. Then add that we are paving over every inch of green, and its hard for the planet to cleanse and renew itself. I can go with that. But if that is the case, unless you are willing to start lining people up and shooting them in the head to decrease the population, what are we supposed to do? I think a great many natural events have at least as much responsibilit for climate change: Volcanoes, forest fires, etc all put stuff into the atmosphere that blocks sunlight. Temps are cooled. All the crap eventually settles out, sun is no longer blocked, temps warm. I don’t think 100 years of data is adequate for us to be making accurate predictions about what is “normal” temp and weather. In 1952 it snowed big time in San Antonio, Texas. Did it again in 1985. The last time it snowed around here, all the surrounding areas got snow (even down nto the Rio Grande valley, but San Antonio proper got none. Weather prediction in general is a guess. The Farmer’s Almanac, printed months in advance is about as accurate as your local weather man. Get over it.
