And if people would stop paying so much attention to grown men throwing balls around for a living maybe something could be done about it.

So don’t be fooled. Obama isn’t doing anything meaningful here. All he has done is claimed to stop the water levels from rising because he decided to piss on the producers instead of the ocean.
