SHOCK-HORROR fraud and corruption in Afghanistan.
You have to be deaf, blind and have no other facilities to not know corruption is endemic in all walks of life there.
Yet the bbc act as if this is new and then come up with the fact that they are selling voting papers without going into when and how they could be used to defraud the vote.
The bbc are now in the lowest quality of ambulance chasing to get their news.
What does the BBC have against these peaceful community organizers?
