BOSTON MAYOR MENINO: TIME FOR ‘NATIONAL POLICY ON GUNS’: We have a national policy on guns. It is called the Second Amendment. (We see from the comments that we’re not the only ones with this thought . . . which is one of the few things we find reassuring right now)

Well then let him initiate the steps to hold a constitutional convention. Or he can STFU!

This thick tongue idiot & Bloomberg are too stupid to have the right to speak freely, & they should not be allowed to comment on things like this. What if someone seriously suggested that to these guys on a cablenews format or offered it up in Congress as a law? They would be screaming about their constitutional rights being attacked, but would be completely oblivious when they are told that gun rights are also constitutional.

Good idea, because he won’t get enough support to hold the convention, much less pass anything that would usurp the 2nd.

Side kick I agree. But having a constitutional convention would cause more problems than it will solve. The Second Amendment is there to protect the people and the First Amendment. Check the history of gun control and the ultimate results of it. More people have died by the hands of their government after gun control was enacted than any other time before it was enacted.

Yes what happened today is revolting, sickening and tragic. No amount of words and actions will ever remove the pain that those who are left behind feel now and will feel for the rest of their lives. If the person who committed this act had not had a gun, he would have used a knife, a ball bat, a car or maybe ammonia nitrate and diesel fuel.

Preaching to the converted but what I’m really trying to say is that anything short of a CC is in itself unconstitutional. The progs want Obama to take unilateral action to limit guns. Sorry but Article 2 grants no such authority.

1) Enforce laws already on the books
2) Pass more concealed carry laws
3) Train more people in gun handling and ownership (good biz op)

The ONLY reason for more gun control is to disarm freedom loving citizens. That is tyranny!

I would not mind taxes being paid to people who pass a battery of psych and emotional tests and live in very poor, marginalized and criminally dangerous neighborhoods who with a track record of good living and excellence in community service wish to own and operate a gun and also to teach children (under similar circumstances as above) how to properly use a weapon.

Not even 24 hours… If i didnt know any better, I would think that the voices inside this boy’s head was Obama’s et al telling him to shoot children in order to get their legislation in place.

If I were to learn that both he and the Oregon mall shooter were de facto suicide bombers I would not be shocked. A couple more similar horrors in the next few weeks and I might actually believe it is a set up.

We saw the violence with the football player and then someone else somewhere else saved his life with his weapon, then there was some other incident where the father and the son apprehended a criminal within that same time frame. Then we got the unfortunate accident of the father shooting his son a week or so after, but there was a story of a girl who saved her life and very likely her propriety and mind from physical and mental rape from a person that actually came into her home (she shot his shoulder through the bathroom door).

So my point… evil acts and good counteracts. This was excessive for evil forces, if you will, to do this. However, I am hoping that no other child has to be in danger of course however IF if something similar has to happen again that there will be a serious counteraction. Many lives SAVED by the second person with a weapon being a person of good (like the guard at the church a year or two ago). If anything to show that it is not the tool that matters, but the people and what their choice of use for the tools that matters. It may not affect hardline liberals but at least keep the even minded people continuing to know the truth and not accept the kool aid.

But yeah there are out of a sudden very many in quite successive numbers of people going crazy and being evil, making it excusable for Obama et al so try to control guns. The stories of people saving lives with these tools are not discussed as highly as those that use the tools to injure and murder others. It is just too convenient and it is freaking me out.

I read all these stories about Gun Control and how they all sound alike, and the libturds are spouting off in the usual ways but it also got me to thinking about these entire incident and the timing and the facts. Look I been a cop way to long to forget the first thing you do in a crime is suspect everyone and at the risk of sounding like our favorite mentally insane blogger think about some of the following:

The country is on the verge of a fiscal crisis, the president is not going to give in, he doesn’t give a shit and the economy is still in the tank with Christmas sales flat.

Given Obama’s like of secret ops missions, and Soros history of selling out the Jews to the Nazi’s and the epic failure of Fast and Furious I wonder is this school shooting was orchestrated?

Thing about it, The president is in deep shit, he needs a crisis to look like a leader. The spook brigade of Obama’s underground government could find out who is slightly wacko and perhaps ready to be pushed over the edge, add to the fact the ATF knows more about your guns that you do.

Like in fast and furious you put the elements together, the right nut case, who’s family has guns, feed him literature or messages to encourage his behavior (This guy smashed his computers to destroy something) and then he commits suicide so no interview or arrest?

How you get an Oscar winning faux crying leader on TV and the immediate orchestrated call for gun bans and Obama’s willingness to use executive orders to govern and you have a winner for him.

I trust no one in Washington anymore I have serious doubts about this whole incident. In fast and furious how many people died because Holder Lied?

Do you really think dead children bother any of these criminals? Nope, not as long as it creates a crisis to accomplish the goals. They have proven the constitution means nothing, Soros ain’t gonna live forever, and there is only four more years to fundementality transform America. Look at Benghazi, Rice Ops out after lying, Hillary gets a “concussion” and can not testify to congress, Holder used executive privilege to avoid turning over the fast and furious shit……

Something like this could make Watergate look like a parking ticket…

And no I don’t believe in Aliens, or that Elvis is still alive. So I guess this makes me a conspiracy nut for the day.

A lot of people I am talking to, including myself are having a lot of similar thoughts about this issue. Even people at church and it SOUNDS completely insane, but we cannot help it. I have made that feeling known in another thread it is just an inescapable feeling.
