In a sign that Armageddon has been briefly delayed, radio stations from coast to coast are threatening to ban Britney Spears’ latest single, “If U Seek Amy.”
Why? The lyrics say, “But all of the boys and all of the girls are begging to if you seek Amy.” Looks innocent enough. But when you hear it sung, those lyrics unmistakably say, “But all of the boys and all of the girls are begging to F-U-C-K-me.”
Turns out mothers don’t want their young daughters singing the blatantly obscene song. Bowing to pressure, Spears has reported changed the title of the song to “If You See Amy.”
Warning: The attached video contains the offensive audio track. The faint of heart should not listen. The morally degenerate should listen repeatedly.

Britney Spears is a “If U See Amy” ‘ing whore.
I see the Parents Television Council is taking action. Good for them. Burn those records!
The Parents Television Council is warning parents about the Britney Spears song “If U Seek Amy” and urging radio stations not to broadcast it because the nonprofit organization believes it “would violate the broadcast indecency law” if aired between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Whats wrong with U!!!!!! Someone on a fan forum told me abut your dumb articel and can’t beleive what I’m reading!!!!! The hole thing makes me wanna cry. Britney is a roll model for all young girls, even if she said the F would which she didnt. I let my two girls watch all her vids instead of something stoopid like Seseme Street, and tell they might get on drungs too some time and I can only hope and pray they turn out like Britney.
What a ridokulus site. F U!!!!
Juliet, please tell me your post is a joke. Nobody can spell that badly.
As to the song, it’s clear the intent was to sneak a vulgarity into it, as the sentence doesn’t make much sense otherwise. Spears doesn’t have talent, her voice sounds like the old chipmunk novelty songs. She has excellent production people who use every possible technique to disguise actual singing. Sneaking in something controversial gets her noticed and drives song sales.
Wait until she does a cover of “Louie, Louie.”
Britney, I am very tempted to (mod removed word. please no cursing) you…
Except I’d probably need a hazmat suit.
