Those lucky enough to still be in the middle class, after the Buffet policies place so many of their contemporaries below the poverty line, will feel pretty lucky to have survived this corporatist leech’s efforts to get even richer off of their backs and through ever more government intrusion. Of course if Buffet really felt that rich people paying more taxes would raise moral he could always get the party started by paying up on his own back taxes.

Buffett is a fraud when it comes to paying taxes. His fund owes millions in taxes and he has hired the best tax lawyers to fight the damn bill. Everyone of his take overs and the splitting or spinning off portions has been weighed against what the tax liabilities will be.
If he feels so damn strong about paying higher taxes, he needs to pull out his personal check book and write the IRS a check. He should then stop taking any deduction for himself or for any if his holdings. Either lead by example or STFU and go sit in the corner barry tells you to.

Part of me says DO IT! 90% on everybody earning over a million a year and eliminate all loopholes. Give the libs everthing they want and watch the stock market/economy die. But – unlike libs – common sense prevails and I realize that at some point we must say NO to new taxes. Politicians will ALWAYS need more of our money to spend & waste. We either take a stand now or there may be no turning back.

The more I think about this comment the more it pisses me off. He thinks that schadenfreude is going to make us all feel better. I dont need a boost in morale, I just want money in my bank account. Morale boosts don’t bulge up my purse and don’t put food in my fridge. He needs to stop thinking about how I feel and stop wanting others to do something they don’t want.
