The Sac Bee is touting (word used advisedly) a “revenue bump” due the the massive tax increase. But, if you read down, below the fold, even they don’t think it will last.

A billion dollars may not sound much to you Californios but it is a ton of cash to be wasted in one of the poorest states in the nation. Hells bells, the city of Los Angeles alone has a bigger budget than we do!
