Death is the only thing keeping notorious Chicago tax cheat Al Capone from joining the Obama administration.
When the Obama administration learned that Tom Daschle had cheated on his taxes, one administration official reportedly said, “He’s our kind of guy.”
Add up Daschle’s unreported income from the use of a luxury car and chauffeur in 2005, 2006 and 2007, unreported consulting income in 2007, and reductions in his charitable contributions, and the would-be head of Health & Human Services under-reported his income by $353,552.
Amazingly, Daschle suddenly got religion, filed amended tax returns, and paid $140,167 in unpaid taxes on January 2 of this year.
And that’s not the end of it. The Finance Committee staff still is reviewing other possible “under-reporting” of income by Daschle.
The Obama administration said they were 100% behind Daschle. But forensic accountants estimate the number is probably closer to 120%. Only an audit can reveal their real level of support.

And Al Capone owed just a few thousand bucks to the Treasury….nowhere near the 140,000+ that Tom daschle stole!
Geithner, Richardson, Daschle, all just Chicago politics on steroids growing like the Blob over the rest of the country. The Big Zero is craftily putting together his White Collar Crime House. It will be interesting to see who he has in mind to run the proposed civilian police force, something we never had and never needed before, but for some strange reason now must have. Every BHO voter needs to go to Arlington and apologize profusely to those heroes for what they (BHO voters) have done to bring this country to her knees. We’re not there yet, but just wait, we are in for some real tough sledding. May God save our Constitution and our great nation!
Wow… and if I don’t report my taxes one year, I can get reamed by the IRS. Just goes to show you it doesn’t matter who you are or what you do, as long as you’re in the government, you’re invincible.
