The big difference in 1960 to me however is that no matter who was elected, Nixon or JFK – at least BOTH of the candidates were at least qualified to hold the office. 2012 is and was totally different in that regard. The only thing n0bama is qualified to do is collect a check.

Grandpa Joe had one of his children lobotomized to spare the family any embarrassment. Daddy Jack was reported to have had an affair with a spy after WWII.

I have been told that I have a great telephone voice…Yeah, LOL, we’ll leave that one alone too… anywho, I don’t really have a “NC drawl”, or a “true” southern accent. I was born in Louisville, Ky, grew up in Jacksonville, Fl moved to Greensboro, NC in 2000…so I do have a bit of a twang in my voice but it’s sort of a hybrid due to living and adapting to different areas of the country.
