Hey, now that Obamacare is affecting insurance rates, nobody can afford insurance, so they’re going to the ER.
Wasn’t that the plan all along? She who shall not be named told us that was how it’s supposed to work, right?

Of course no mention of the nearly 334,000 kids that Planned Parenthood brags about killing last year. Just proof that the whole gun control thing has absolutely nothing to do with protecting kids.

Actually, most people with the flu don ‘t need to be hospitalized. THey need to stay home, stop spreading the virus, drink lots of fluids and REST. Some comfort measures may include decongestants, a pain reliever (Tylenol or Ibuprofen, Aleve) and fever reducer. They should monitor their temperature (ANYONE can read a digital thermometer) and if they can’t break their fever, or start having colored crap from their noses or the junk they cough up, call the doc. Let me reiterate. STAY HOME AND QUIT TRYING TO MAKE THE REST OF US SICK!

I stand by it. We used to get the excuse that they didn’t know what their fevers had been because they couldn’t read a standard thermometer. Well now they are digital, and if you can figure out how much to pay for your dope, and what bullets fit in your gun, you can read a digital thermometer. And they give them away, so they wouldn’t even have to dip into their dope money to buy one.

I think the media is the fault for that. If you’re an average, semi-healthy adult, it’s only the freakin’ flu, miss a few days of work, watch the Price is Right, and get over it. The vast majority of those who die from the flu are either old, young, or have some other kind of underlying problem.

The media just hypes everything for profit. Even Drudge on this one. It’s the flu, it happens every year, and every year the media try to make it look like the end of the world.

Combine the media’s relentless sensationalism with our growing culture of dependance, and once a person gets a little sick they run to the hospital thinking they’re going to die, looking for someone to take care of them.

Add Chicago to that, where they’re all idiots, and this is what happens.
