Congress wants to take a closer look at President Obama’s Johnson

You're not the only one surprised by all this talk about President Obama's Johnson.

You're not the only one surprised by all this talk about President Obama's Johnson.

There were bumper stickers in the 70s that said, “Richard Nixon is a Cox sacker.” They were inspired by Richard Nixon’s midnight firing of Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox.

Now we have similar new bumper stickers that say, “What’s wrong with the President Obama’s Johnson?” as a result of Obama’s ham-handed attempt to fire the Gerald Walpin, the Inspector General who is investigating fraud on the part of Obama crony Kevin Johnson, mayor of Sacramento.

Walpin had the temerity to investigate alleged misuse of $400,000 in grants from AmeriCorps by Johnson. Walpin accuses Johnson of using the funds to pay volunteers to engage in school-board political activities, run his personal errands and wash his car.

Last night an unnamed White House official called Walpin and gave him one hour to resign or be fired. Walpin refused to resign without being given a reason for his termination. So early this morning, Obama delivered a letter to Congress informing them that Walpin has been given 30-days notice.

This has set off a firestorm in Congress. Iowa’s Republican Senator Charles Grassley has written back to Obama saying that the law Obama helped pass requires the President to give Congress a reason for any IG terminations.

This will undoubtedly be Chris Matthews’ headline story on MSNBC tonight. The very thought of the President’s Johnson will send a thrill up both his legs.

I bet theres a couple of acorns attached to that johnson.

btw — I liked the bumper sticker used in the 72 nixon reelection campaign:
“Don’t change dicks in the middle of the screw”

Letterman has really inspired a lot of crude remarks.
