If someone lies or hides something about his character that, if known, would have very possibly keep him away from the job or position and then the truth is known AFTER he gets the position, shouldn’t he… you know? be fired? I mean if that truth would have kept him from the position and he took it through deceit, then he took the position from someone else who didn’t have that hting that wouold have kept the first guy from the job. I got a problem with this.

But before you remove this guy you need to remove Blumenthal the senator from Connecticut who lied about being a Vietnam vet and Elizabeth Warren the new senator from Massachusetts who lied about being a Cherokee and Barack Obama who lied about being a natural born citizen and… oh hell, I can’t list them all here.

If things work in NY like they do here there isn’t much anyone can do about it. His position is elected so it is up to the voters to push for a special election to replace him, which is a pain in the butt and takes a lot of time and money. Their best choice is to dump him next election.
