This is what happens in a post racial world? Right, wrong, or indifferent, this thing is getting of hand faster than a one-legged man in an ass kicking contest.
Obama needs to step in and lead. He needs to go on TV in a primetime address and speak to everyone. He needs to call out those who are full of rage and intent on vengeance, and tell them to calm their asses down. We are at the point where the anger of this incident has created more injustice than has already been claimed in the original act.
Actually, I don’t expect Obama to do a damned thing. He is a worthless president except in serving as a bad example. I have been ever so hesitant to go all out and accuse him of racism, I have held back because I am hoping that I am just misunderstanding his motives and intentions. I have been giving him the benefit of the doubt, out of respect for the office. But if he doesn’t show some reasonable level of leadership and step in on the right side of this issue soon, I must re-evaluate my opinion.
As a parent who has grown kids I feel for the parents. I get sick and tired of people telling me I don’t know how they feel. I lost a younger brother at age 16 in 1978. He was shot, by accident. So I know it’s easy to see, how anger can take over the emotions of a grieving loved one. But for the assholes like Spike Lee who tweeted these people’s address and the Black Panthers who are putting a bounty on Zimmerman’s head, there is no damned excuse whatsoever It’s just an excuse to manifest their own unjust anger that has likely been a part of their lives for many years now.

With all the dumb ass lawsuits out there, it seems to me the family could sue Lee’s ass for millions. Now there is a jury I’d love to be on. Spike wouldn’t have a pot to piss in.
