Ever wonder what those serial ADA plaintiffs are like? Meet Jon Carpenter, convicted sexual abuser of 8-year-old girls in Utah, now a resident of California. He’s filed more than 1,000 lawsuits under the Americans With Disabilities Act in L.A. County alone, each of them, under California law, generating a minimum of $4,000 in damages for him plus whatever the lawyers get. Now you know.

If he can do all this he can serve his sentence in Utah. Why don’t they get him? If they’re worried about cost just put him in the GP and let it out he’s a child molester. Problem solved for all.

It was a real shame the bastard wasn’t successful and sent himself to hell early. He should still have had to serve out his sentence…no mercy…he caused his own disability. This asshole is the poster child for why we need serious tort reform.

Perfect example of why I advocate the death penalty for child molesters.
If there is incontrovertible proof, they shouldn’t even get an appeal. The sentence should be carried out within 1 month.

WE actually have a couple of these rolling retards in the central valley in Kalifornia, they shake down businesses by telling them they are not ADA compliant and saying they won’t sue if they fill the problem and pay several thousand dollars to settle the possible lawsuit. The two that I know of (besides the guy listed above) are lawyers…..I have seen a couple of local websites refer to them as the handicapped goon squad…Both of these local pieces of shit are in wheelchairs and one of them just recently got ordered by the court to stop suing or extorting money. Theres always someone who takes the easy way and makes money off the backs of those that work or own a business….Handicapped wealth redistribution…the Obama/Chicago way…

You know, approximately one dollar’s worth of lead and copper would end this problem permanently. I wouldn’t even ask for payment, I’d just be happy to serve the greater good in this instance.

Sometimes it’s sad that justified killing isn’t seen as a problem solver anymore……

A sex offender of children?

I hope his disability is an amputated penis.

His disability SHOULD be the inability to breathe, because he’s 6 feet under!

Unfortunately, when he took that deliberate dive off his jail cell bunk, he didn’t kill himself.

My friend in Yucca Valley, CA, was attacked as the serial litigators passed through the area. He didn’t have a proper wheelchair ramp leading from the parking lot into his little shop. He makes, by hand, one at a time, saddles and tack specifically for professional rodeo riders. The lawsuit went against him, he paid thousands to the litigants, and thousands more for the ramp. It was never used. Not once.

You think that’s bad? Professional baseball teams are constantly being forced to build wheelchair ramps into the dugouts, as if someone in a wheelchair is going to make the New York Yankees. Your friend’s situation reminds me of a friend of mine whose small tool & die shop was doing so well he needed more space. So he moved his office up above the shop by building himself a little loft area overlooking the shop. Oops, he immediately got sued by a wheelchair guy for not having an elevator, even though my friend and his wife were the only two people who ever went into the office.

I had a handicap parking space in front of the old warehouse for over 20 years. It was never used. When the bathrooms were remodeled to be ADA compliant not one handicapped person ever used it in about 15 years.

In places not often used by the public it’s a waste of time and money IMHO.

No sense in it. That’s why liberals like it so much.

What a fine specimin of the democrat party. A permanently aggrieved shyster who plays a disability to scam people and the system, and a sexual deviate. It is a surprise he is not running for office…

He’s overqualified, and the DNC has already tapped Hillary for 2016.
