Feinstein leads Democratic senators in call to renew gun debate, vows legislation. Bawk, bawk, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck, bawk, bawk, cluck, cluck, cluck, cluck. Sounds like the chickens are roosting again.

She just a rich old bitch and again like most libturds thinks she knows better than everyone else, Libturds should start looking at the education system they created, the violence they encourage, the mental patients they try and mainstream. We use to lock people up in institutions for a very good reason, now we let them out to run amok and when they kill a bunch of people it’s the gun’s fault. I think we ought to sue her and her ilk for endangering the rest of us with her and other libturds policies that put all our lives in danger. Class action lawsuit against the democraps for being felony stupid.

It has always been my contention that even if you put a gun on a table and told it to kill someone, it wouldn’t do it. But if you gave it to a psychopath and told him not to kill anyone, he wouldn’t listen to you.
But even that lesson is too complicated for a libtard to grasp.

The libtard is a moral relativist so he cannot comprehend good and evil. Only simplistic knee-jerk reactions are within his range of capabilities. They are lost on the distinction between intellectualism and intellect.

This is just an old hag who has no idea of what she’s spouting stupid shit. It’s not the damn laws bans or anything other than those who commit these acts who are at fault.

The first murder was committed by a club, the largest murder committed in this nation was done with airplanes. So I guess we need to ban airplanes and make everyone wear mittens on their hands.

Feinstein used to carry concealed. I doubt she gave up that security, but she is among the few that are so much smarter and more important that she knows what is good for everybody. We’d be silly to forget that.

Hey Diane–how many children are massacred each day at your average Planned Parenthood facility?

RobertW December 17, 2012 at 4:09 pm

Like or Dislike: Thumb up 6 Thumb down 0

In 2006, Planned Parenthood performed 289,750 abortions, or approximately 23% of all abortions, making them the largest abortion provider in the United States. Even as the overall national abortion rate goes down, Planned Parenthood continues to perform more abortions every year.

Sources: Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Planned Parenthood Federation of America 2005-2006 Annual Report. http://www.lifeissues.org/pp/report_05-06.pdf.

and their fucking proud of it too.

Taxpayers are paying for a good number of those abortions even those like me who do not agree. It is making me complicit in something I don’t want and I find criminal in nature. They don’t care about me nor about my convictions so I guess they wouldn’t care about me and my convictions that clear minded citizens should be carrying guns. This is not good when the government takes over my convictions about things without impugnity.

So 793 children dying each day in 2006–as a result of just one company’s policies, means nothing to our good Senator from the once great state of California.

In Obama’s speech last night, he talked about unacceptable violence against children, quoted Scripture and mentioned Jesus calling the little children to him. He ran most of his campaign pushing the so-called war on women and defending Planned Parenthood, whom he mentioned four times during his second debate with Romney. The Democratic National Convention was a celebration of abortion. He does all those things but now wants to lecture on unacceptable violence against children? He’s like a chameleon who says what he thinks he needs to say at the time, with no underlying principle binding his ideas together as a cohesive whole.

I mentioned that on another threat. If he truy believes in the sanctity of life of children he wouldn’t advocate indiscriminate abortion. Obama care is also going to put a lot of children’s lives in jeopardy. That is not discussed either.

Where is Feinstein condemning the use of knives as weapons against children and telling China they need to ban knives as soon as possible?

Even a knife on a table as someone on top said will NOT move at anyone’s voice command. China has a “great” anti gun laws, but that did NOT stop the madman from killing innocent children. I heard a liberal idiot talking about how we need to revisit gun laws to avoid people having these weapons in their homes and what not and if they hadn’t this wouldnt have happened. The stupid reporter it seems failed to know that the guns laws didnt stop a chinese madman from killing children with a knife. These are evil acts that no one wants for any child, however the fact is that no child is going to be safe unless there are people that are ESPECIALLY posted at the front and back door to protect them with weapons that can protect them from those that come for their lives.

Let the old hag squawk, it doesn’t mean anything anyway. Humans were killing each other with sticks and rocks long before guns were invented but nobody proposed a ban on sticks or rocks.

There are already some 200 laws regulating firearms in one form or another on the books and they are useless. There is an estimated 270 million guns owned by private individuals in this country, mostly by Americans who will never let the gooberment take them, so legislate away.

I said it yesterday and I’ll say it again, if idiots like Frankenstein are so damn worried about guns and children then why are they not raising hell about all the kids who got murdered in Chicago this year.

Lets look at how this broad has progressed in her political career…

In 1961, Feinstein worked to end housing discrimination in San Francisco.[13] Prior to elected service, she was appointed by then-California Governor Pat Brown to serve as a member of the California Women’s Parole Board. Feinstein also served as a fellow at the Coro Foundation in San Francisco.

[edit] President of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors

In 1969, Feinstein was elected to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. She remained on the Board for nine years.

During her tenure on the Board of Supervisors, she unsuccessfully ran for mayor of San Francisco twice, in 1971 against mayor Joseph Alioto, and in 1975, when she lost the contest for a runoff slot (against George Moscone) by one percentage point, to supervisor John Barbagelata.

She was elected president of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in 1978 with initial opposition from Quentin Kopp.

On November 27, 1978, San Francisco mayor George Moscone and supervisor Harvey Milk were assassinated by a rival politician, Dan White, who had resigned from the Board of Supervisors only two weeks prior. Feinstein was close by in City Hall at the time of the shootings, and discovered Milk’s body after hearing the gunshots and going to investigate. Later that day at a press conference originally organized by Moscone to announce White’s successor, Feinstein announced the assassinations to the stunned public, stating: “As president of the board of supervisors, it’s my duty to make this announcement. Both Mayor Moscone and Supervisor Harvey Milk have been shot and killed.”[14]

Feinstein appears in archival footage and is credited in the Academy Award-winning documentary film The Times of Harvey Milk (1984). She appears again briefly in archival footage, announcing the death of Moscone and Milk in the 2008 film Milk. Feinstein and her position as President of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors are also alluded to several times in the movie, and a portrayal of her character has a few off-screen lines.

As president of the Board of Supervisors upon the death of Mayor Moscone, Feinstein succeeded to the mayoralty on December 4, 1978.

…she became Mayor because the then SF Mayor George Moscone & City Supervisor Harvy Milk were murdered. BTW, remember the “Twinkie Defence” used by the defence in that case?

But how did she become a Senator?

Feinstein in 2010, as she hosted an event at her home attended by 5 members of the U.S. Senate
See also: United States Senate election in California, 2012

On November 3, 1992, Feinstein won a special election to fill the Senate seat vacated a year earlier when Senator Pete Wilson resigned to become governor. The election was held at the same time as the general election for U.S. President and other offices. Barbara Boxer was elected at the same time for the Senate seat to be vacated by Alan Cranston. Because Feinstein was elected to an unexpired term, she became a senator as soon as the election was certified in November while Boxer would not take office until the expiration of Cranston’s term in January; thus Feinstein became California’s senior senator, even though she was elected at the same time as Boxer. Feinstein was re-elected in 1994, 2000, 2006, and 2012. In 2012, Feinstein claimed the record for the most popular votes in any U.S. Senate election in history, having received 7.75 million votes.[19] The record was previously held by her California colleague Barbara Boxer, who received 6.96 million votes in her 2004 reelection.

…she has been in the right place at the right time, & has been smart enough to consolidate her power. BTW she has a carry permit, not that she should’nt, because she should. She should not be looking to restrict the right of others to legally do tha same.
