Fergie’s performance horrifies parents at White House Easter Egg Hunt

by editor on April 16, 2009

YouTube Preview Image Someone in the administration obviously thought it would be a good idea to have Fergie sing at the White House Easter Egg Hunt. Either that or she climbed over the fence when no one was looking.

What were they thinking? After all, this is the same singer whose biggest hit was about her “lady hump.” (This is like the military. If you don’t know, don’t ask). You can see that memorable performance on the above video.

Here’s how the DC Examiner described her performance for the kiddies:

The Black Eyed Peas front woman was the headlining act at the annual family affair, but the pop diva seemingly forgot she was performing on the South Lawn for hundreds of young kids.

The former meth addict, dressed in a short white, layered dress with a lime-green cardigan, asked Washington, “Whassup?” before exhorting the crowd to “Get ready” during her cover of the Temptations’ “Here I Come.”

As she introduced the track “Clumsy” — a song about falling in love — she said she fell in love with “all the wrong boys.” Being that most of the girls were less than 10 years old, her message probably fell on deaf ears.

But it wasn’t until she began singing “Glamorous” the parents present might have understood why her album “The Dutchess” comes with a Parental Advisory label slapped on the front.

Lines like “wear them gold and diamond rings” and “I’m not clean, I’m not pristine” may not be the dream lyrics for their daughters to emulate, but the song’s repetition of the line “If you ain’t got no money take your broke a** home” made a few parents cringe. She did of course edit the curse word from the song Monday — but some of crowd members helpfully filled it in for her.

Clearly it wasn’t just that she forgot the average age of those in attendance — she thanked her “new friends the Obamas” for having her there “tonight.” This was at 11:30 a.m.

“Go hunt for more Easter eggs, honey. Daddy’s just going to stand her and watch the nice lady sing.”

The Obama’s clearly do not have a clue what is appropriate for children. I guess this kind of entertainment will just prepare the little ones for their father/daughter talk. One day he’ll tell his pregnant daughter: “That’s ok honey, we want punish you with a baby. We’ll kill it.” Now don’t get mad at my comment. I am quoting him.

A bizarre Easter Egg Hunt, by a possibly there or snubbed Parent, from a Wedding of a Child, with or without all said, and self depricating outcome by that said, or not said, And a Bizarre Wedding that may have been very illusioned or real in regularity, held in front of a Church and or in a Chapel, or not at all, where two possible doubles, or, one possible double Wed, that may or may not wish to be doubles, while being in line to throne, that each both share Royalty in common, with on one side having an in common Parentage, who Raised Each, or not, while possible shared Parentage of one not there has never had illegal use of drugs by self, while possibly one or two more real or illusioned Weddings may still come, with enough money to start on that way with, by said real or illusioned and with much angst better off not being said, while much was said real or illusioned to cause same and was, or was never intent by Person, who did what knew right each time, given the information presented of the time, while fully believing it was not neccesary to know all that, to become kind of Person that still wishes, “Wishing You The Best For Everyone.”

I gave you a thumbs up by mistake. I meant to give you a thumbs down. I don’t want you thinking that your post was awesome because it wasn’t.

This story is so funny. It is old but it is hilarious. She certainly lacks class.

The White House lost a little of it’s dignity with common in the place. But then, it went way downhill when the Obamas moved in. They just keep dragging down the respect the office of the Presidency once commanded.
