No not der leader. He would never mislead the people. Nixon tried to cover up watergate, then there was Iran/Contra. Now barry has Benghazigate. At least in the other 2 Americans didn’t die and the damn press actually did its job. They didn’t take the spin. Now they are so twisted tight the look like a towel that’s been run through the spin cycle of a washing machine about 20 times.

I will just say that he isn’t an innocent. He did made terrible mistake and should have never slept with that woman. He should have not talked to her about anything classified as it seems that he did and he should have never allowed her to use his email or make it easy for her to access his email (government). He should have never let her get too close to him nor his friends nor family, basically he messed up. He deserves some hate however, due to the fact that this has other layers that has to do with coverups and murder of Americans I do not like that this is happening and I don’t appreciate that he willb e the only one (so far) to truly pay for what others higher up are most responsible.

oh, I agree he’s a scumbag for what he’s done to his family and i don’t give him a pass for it or any of his other transgressions. He has disgraced himself and his family, yet I doubt Petraeus will go quietly. He has nothing to gain by doing so. His reputation is destroyed, his careers are over and short of him having an untimely accident he has nothing else to lose.

I just have to wonder that if he was being blackmailed by Valerie Jarrett or someone, why not wait until the hearing… say the whole truth provide evidence state that he was being blackmailed before because of an infidelity that he is sorry that he lied before, etc… I mean I dont understand why do it this way if he was going to say the truth.
