Former WH economist admits “clean energy” firms don’t create many jobs. Because the “labor saving technology” in solar panel production (and modern manufacturing in general) is “quite intense”, so “some of these firms don’t employ as many people as you might hope.” So he figured out what every businessman with half a brain between here and Beijing already knew for decades. And it only took 3 years and eleventy billion bucks to do it. Genius.

The green energy & green jobs thing should be viewed as criminal. It’s corrupt & based on a fraud.

For Barack Obama, creating jobs is NOT the issue. It is taking money from the taxpayers, slipping it to his cronies in the “green industry” and getting favors, votes and support in re-turn. Bankruptcies are just the end result of this re-distribution of the wealth for favors!

“green” energy is not such a bad thing. Its the lying and cheating of those politicians and greedy folk that are destroying the idea. Sun is free. Have to figure out a way to charge for it somewhere! By the bye-”White House Economist” isn’t that an oxymoron? Or at least a moron?

For real, we all want a cleaner Planet because it is nice to live without environmental issues that can cause diseases, however, “green” energy needs to be something that is handled by the private sector. As more and more people want it it will become affordable and more and more people can have it and it will not affect the economy adversely. Pushing people to have it by making it difficult to afford what we CAN have IN THE MEANTIME is oppressive.
