Fugitive ex-cop believed dead, as cabin stronghold goes up in flames. Sounds like they got him. The big question is, did Obama nail the cabin with a drone strike so this wouldn’t interfere with his State of the Union speech? EDIT: I am watching FOX, they just showed a police conference, now they’re saying no body in the cabin. Now I wonder if he escaped?Edit: Now they have a body, waiting for ID.

Maybe BO had Dorner droned because the ex-cop’s weapons came from some domestic version of ‘Fast & Furious’.

Na, they didn’t drone him. If they did the MSM would have been allowed to film it. This was a perfect example to take out a bad guy with a drone on American soil since most would have been happy to see him dead.

Funny reporters in the helicopters were told not to zoom in on the cabin. One has to wonder why.

Don’t get me wrong, I would have liked the whole incident to be filmed. Not because I would be glued to any news station waiting for violence to happen, but rather to keep some checks and balances on situations like this. As the story above about the police officer screaming for the cabin to be burned down (I’ll probably get to that thread in a little bit) illustrates. It’s also not because I don’t trust these trained professionals, I just think with the ever growing national security apparatus/police state happening in our country, we need to fight it with transparency.

I think if he were droned, the media would have been told to give the line “The police are thinking about using a drone strike for the safety of the law enforcement officials involved.” Or something like that. Making it seem like it was an alright decision. If they ever do use drones on American soil, the media will be implicitly involved, make no mistake.

You know – the uncensored manifesto copies are disappearing from the internet faster than I can find them. The LAPD must be really flipping out.

Anyway, I think it is almost impossible to understand who is who with all of the XXX’s that the censored versions have. If anyone hasn’t read it, it’s worth a read. The guy was way too bitter and angry, and it sounds as though he was not the most calm guy beforehand, but it seriously sounds like he got shafted.

I was living in North Dakota when that happened….Gordon and his little band of anti-government followers kept pushing back every time the government came to call (sound familiar?) He and his sons shot two U.S. Marshall and if I remember correctly a couple law enforcement officers, I think if memory serves me right the U.S. Mars halls both died and Gordon went on the run for a while, He ended up in Arkansas I think where he also got surrounded in a cabin like home, the sheriff there didn’t bother with the feds or a swat team, he just poured gasoline down the chimney and Boom. The only thing left of Gordon was a foot..,.
