Well, I think it’s a great idea and they should extend the bullet train to San Francisco so the sex-changers can get their sex changed FASTER!

I can’t see this working out well.
I’ve never seen a sex change case that looked as good as what they wanted to be. Cross dressers do a better job.
Plus, why would you want to change your sex when you will be without working parts?
Kinda defeats the purpose.

poppajoe49, have you ever seen the men or women that have had too many face lifts? After a while it’s not so much about looking young any more and it’s more of an obsession…this sex change shit is kinda like that I think.

I don’t want to be mean, but Chaz Bono is seriously gross and ugly. not say she was all of that when she was a woman (ugh I hate saying that) but she HARDLY improved once she became a man. Seriously in my humble opinion she was better off being a lesbian (a woman) than a “man”.

There are more than plenty of people in SF who need free medical care for real illnesses they can’t control. This is elective surgery at best, no one’s going to croak if they don’t get a sex change.

Agreed. My wife got boobies years ago. I liked ‘em just fine before.. it was all her idea. But she was d-cup vixen trapped in a B-cup lass’ body I guess. No way I’d have expected taxpayers to foot that not inconsiderable bill
