Greenpeace spokesman admits its story about melting Arctic ice doesn’t hold water

Getting a member of Greenpeace to admit they flat out lied about the imminent disappearance of Arctic ice was tougher than drowning a polar bear.

Yet, after repeated questioning, Gerd Leipold, the outgoing leader of Greenpeace finally admitted to BBC reporter Stephen Sackur that the organization may have made a bit of mistake lied when it claimed that Arctic ice will disappear by 2030.

“I don’t think it will be melting by 2030…That may have been a mistake,” he said.

Weakening the organization’s credibility even further, Leipold admitted that Greenpeace is often guilty of “emotionalizing issues” in an attempt scare the hell out of people.

Then he got to the real heart of the matter – the only way to stop global warming is to destroy the American economy.

“We will definitely have to move to a different concept of growth…The lifestyle of the rich in the world is not a sustainable model,” Leipold observed. “If you take the lifestyle, its cost on the environment, and you multiply it with the billions of people and an increasing world population, you come up with numbers which are truly scary.”

Scary. Sort of like the phony story about the Arctic ice melting.

Not far enough, everyone involved, & I mean EVERYONE, in the scam that is “GlobalWarming/ClimateChange”, should not only be exposed, but go trial for the fraud already committed & for the fraud they were proposing through massive taxation & legislation.

There would be an impressive roster in the dock, people like AlGore, Maurice Strong, George Soros, Jeff Immelt, those in charge of companies who were counting on the phony “science” so they too could make mega profits, & those involved through the United Nations should all be on trial. Rounding up many of those involved would be easy, starting in Copenhagen in a few days, these crooks need to be held accountable for what they are still trying to impose, despite that it has been exposed as a total fraud.
