Sorry Hugo, but people who have lived under a capitalist system will never go for a socialist one. They may flirt around with the concept for one or two terms of a presidency, but as soon as the realities of quotas, shortages, loss of incentive and general economic malaise set in, people will rise up and shake it off.
Your brand of government only works on people who really didnt have much to begin with.

Hugo’s right. Capitalism is bad. The problem is, capitalism has a tendency to make people more wealthy, and wealthy people can’t be trusted to allow the government to run their lives for them.
Are you serious. Take a look at socialist countries, they have the rich and the veerrrry poor. Capitolism allows people to prosper (if they are willing) and not keeping them down and never allowing them to have more than a loaf of bread and a cold bed like socialism/communism.

Capitalism can lead to greed, etc and blah blah blah that is called human nature. Sadly many people abuse the system, it is sad but it happens, but the system can truly recover. Socialism/Marxism/Communism/Fascism/Nazism is about centralized government where the real power (and money) is concentrated on a handful of people/organizations. Because of that many people go wanting and it is hard to recover from it. Capitalism regardless of the bad apples TRULY spreads the wealth around to the people that want to work for it. Those that do not resort to crimes and violence and hence get thrown into jail. From the street gang thug to Bernie Maddoff even if it takes some time. The other -ism usually rewards crimes and violence if it is on the part of the govt regardless of the innocents getting trampled.
