Haege explains why a national “weatherization” program will pound more money down a rathole without creating any jobs.
But, then, why should this program be any different?

Wow this is so lame… If I was an evil person I would have come up with a program like this and request tax payers dollars to enrich myself. It is so disgusting to see the government being so out of control.
