And there you go. This is one of the ideas that is costing us (tax payers) out the ass. We have to give them food stamps, educate their children in Spanish or their native language, house them and when they finally break the laws multiple times, house them in our jails and prison.

No ONE can tell me that most are law abiding just looking to have a better life. I SEE it every working damn day that most are not here for that. They are here to be mules, dealers, enforcers, pimps, coyotes and extorters.

How much of the criminal behavior is committed by second generation illegals? I mean let’s assume the left is accurate and say that those that cross are hardworking garderners or whatever. What happens to their kids and how do they behave is what I want to know.

Sidekick to use a Hank Williams Jr song. Its all a family tradition. Again, we see it every day. 1st and 2nd generation gang bangers. Hell I recently arrested a mother and aunt who where pimping their own daughters out. The where from Guatemala and tried to fend that they could not speak English. When the tapes started rolling of the perfect English flowing from both their mouths while conducting the pimping. That song went right down the drain. Even their lawyer had to excuse herself so she could regain her composure.

As this case moves through the legal system, ever one involved is disgusted by the actions of these two. This is just one example of the mindset of those who are involved in all of the illegal activities around illegal immigration.

It is part of the gang mentality, what ever it takes to make money for the gang is what they are going to do and they dont care who they have to use to do it.

Seriously, I am not against ALL immigrants. I live in immigration city, believe me, and most of our immigrants ARE hard working, trying to do better folk. THe ones that aren’t are the ones causing all the bruhaha and I am tired of the accusations that I am against immigrants. I am against ILLEGAL immigration, and I am against ANYONE who tries to take advantage of our system of government and the good will of the American people.

It pisses me off because Jorge gets the benefits that he didn’t pay into and is not legally entitled to, because he just happens to jump the fence and knowing the PC culture we live in, goes and asks for it knowing the gringo is going to say yes sure as I don’t want anyone to call me racist and heartless. THEN he has the nerve to get angry when he doesn’t get what he wants AND the nerve to go get the rest of the fam so they can also enjoy the pleasures of fence jumping benefits. However the people that took years and decades and spent thousands of dollars to get here legally are asked to pay their fair share and when they need the benefits they are not so readily available or they have to produce everything including their innermost thoughts in order to get it. It pisses me off. I am must certainly not against immigration, i believe that immigration to a country that has been set in its ways and government should be difficult, yes but not impossible to those who are willing to jump the hoops. However illegal immigration and fence jumpers I detest especially when they arrogantly believe that because they are who they are they are entitled to crap. Any legal immigrant that has their head screwed up right and worked hard to get here legally knows what I am talking about.

I was just in Wal Mart today to return a box of tea bags that the wife doesn’t like.
I didn’t have the receipt, and the woman told me that I couldn’t have store credit, that I had to come back with another food item that cost the same or more for a food for food exchange. I told her I was there to grocery shop, so that wasn’t a problem, but didn’t understand why I couldn’t get a store credit. She told me it was EBT rules. I told her I don’t use EBT I have a job and work for a living. She said that they could lose their license to accept EBT I told her I didn’t care, it didn’t affect me.

I wonder iof this was REALLY a customer service rule or if the Wal MArt employee just made some assumptions because it was easier. I understand that purchasing with EBT, then returning the items to get cash is an issue in the program, but this sounds a little out there. I rarely deal with the front line idiots. If there is ANY controversy, I get a manager. And I have gotten in contact with area and region mmanagers if I thought the manager was an idiot.

I still don’t get it, so maybe you are right for some reason she ASSUMED he bought it originally with an EBT card and then when he said that wasn’t his problem either she didn’t hear him or she didn’t believe him… but using EBT is not something that people are ashamed of (anymore) so I don’t see why she wouldn’t believe him. She is either very very stupid or has a problem hearing people.

No, I am saying it probably IS against the rules to give cash refunds or other item for food exchnges for EBT purchases and since she couldn’t verify he didn’t use EBT, she just told him it was an across the board deal. No receipt, no refund and only food for food exchange.
