Not Spock, not Bones, not Captain Kirk, not Lt. Uhura, not Sulu.

We struggled mightily with this story. All sorts of tasteless, juvenile jokes came to mind. StarTrek terminology like black holes. Thruster rockets. Vulcan death grips. Where no man has gone before. That kind of stuff.

Then maturity reared its ugly head and directed us to report this story in an absolutely straight-forward style. So here goes.

Hustler magazine publisher Larry Flynt is going to turn TV’s famous science fiction series StarTrek into an x-rated movie. The title will be “This Ain’t StarTrek XXX!” It will be released on DVDs in April.

This is the latest Hustler production to turn classic TV shows into porn films. Others include ‘Not Three’s Company XXX” and “This Ain’t Happy Days XXX.”

We’d say, “Live long and prosper,” but Larry Flynt has probably already lived too long and prospered too much.
