Liberal Tweetosphere goes insane over Bristol Palin’s success on Dancing With The Stars #dwts

by editor on November 19, 2010

Bristol Palin surprised everyone Tuesday night when viewers of the popular Dancing With The Stars TV show voted her into this year’s finals. She’s really not one of the best dancers on the show, but who cares? DWTS is as much a popularity contest as it is a dancing contest.

Bristol’s unexpected success has driven the leftwing Tweetosphere absolutely insane. Bug-eyed, frothing at the mouth, shaking with anger.

They say she’s fat. It’s fixed. I’m pissed. She’s Sarah Palin’s daughter. She can’t dance. Teabaggers cheat. And so on and so on and so on.

Thousands of lunatic lefties felt compelled to share their sickness on Twitter. Here are some of our favorites:

And if any of my white co-workers bring up DWTS this morning, I’m throwing this whole pot of coffee on they ass…try me

bristol-palin

Bristol Palin is to Dancing With The Stars as Sanjaya is to American Idol.

The TParty are attracted to Bovine footwork and weak resumes.

these republicans are taking over! They vote Brandy off of DWTS and kept Bristol Palin! Crazy!

DWTS is not about being relateable, its about CELEBRITIES dancing, not fucking retards like Bristol “dancing”

Anyone notice that BP’bristol palin’ is also the initials of the company responsible for the oil spill in the gulf? Coincidence?

be glad ur teabaggers ensure that your self-esteem-enhanced but talent deprived daughter doesn’t learn the truth

If you really want to stop the teaparty/Bristol Palin DWTS farce then fight fire with fire. Do what they do; cheat.

bristol-palin-3

bristol palin gets $10k for every week on DWTS. she’s a teen mom w/o an education. i don’t care if she’s not good or if it’s rigged.

If Bristol palin wins DWTS then I believe the country will go bonkers

I heard bristol palin is in the finals of DWTS. If she wins then america is doomed because that means sarah palin is going to run for pres

I’m so tempted to go “OMG! Did you know that Diebold is counting DWTS votes?

I rarely watch DWTS. But now I’m irked. It’s only a stupid dance show right? Wrong. It’s cheating. It’s racism, it’s HS popularity BS.

DWTS is just an elaborate ploy to lure Bristol under the bucket of pig’s blood.

Ok. I just heard Bristol Palin might win DWTS. WTF?!? She got worse each week. Obviously Sarah Palin paid someone off!Exit polls of DWTS voters indicate 25% are Dems, 30% independent, and remainder are w Bristol wing of #Teabag Party.

Who the do the Palin’s think they are??!! 1st they rigg DWTS voting…now the Presidency?? Enough!!

LMFAO!!!! omg!!!! man if she win DWTS America finna go HAM & I’m moving 2 mars in fear of my life…

It’s not going to sink in for people how big this horrible injustice is until next week when Bristol is crowned the champion of DWTS!

I’m pretty sure Bristol Palin is the first person to never get in shape in DWTS history. She looks like a log with sparkles.

I have one thing to say about those DWTS fans. I hope you’ve got the wide screen to better present the wider Bristol.

Bristol Palin making the finals of DWTS is precisely why the Founding Fathers didnt want direct voting to elect the leaders of the country

wow my mom is cussing out Bristol Palin in Vietnamese, she’s devastated that Brandy went home!! She takes DWTS very seriously

If that substandard Bristol wins DWTS….. I’m DONE with #ABC! Teabaggers are already on the list of vile, stupid creatures.

DWTS put lipstick on a pig, now they’re trying to teach it to dance.

Why Is Stiff Ass Rythmless Bristol in The Finals Should Be Ashamed #SlapYourself!!!!!!!!!

The show should be called:Dancing with the talentless teenage unwed mom whose merit is to be the daughter of the dumbest US politician

I feel the only reason Bristol Palin is still on DWTS is because her mom is backstage w- her Bible…and her gun.

But this conservative Tweet is our absolute favorite:

Bristol made it into finals of DWTS along with Jen Grey, Kyle Massey and Lisa Murkowski who is launching a write-in campaign.

What an idiot.
Everybody knows the Founders are voting early and often for Bristol.

Lee is actually correct, but why is EVERYONE so pissy about Bristol’s run on this show? Look folks, when the fans are allowed to vote for ANYTHING, you get results like this. Ever looked at the fan voting involving professional sports league’s all-star games? It’s a popularity contest, & name recognition matters. The name Palin matters in America today, & that’s the issue. I hope she wins, if only to piss off all those leftists who think dancing is the greatest thing & that only they should do it & be rewarded for it. Not some white trash know nothing from Alaska or some other red state.

My comment was supposed to be a joke, unless anyone thinks the founders actually were concerned that Bristol might win DWTS, in that case I`m dead serious.
I`ve never seen DWTS and under normal circumstances couldn`t care less who`s on it or wins or loses. Now I hope Bristol wins since it will obviously drive the left bat s**t f***ing crazy.

I can see it now, violence in the streets, tear gas, rubber bullets-OMG!!! bristol won, I, a white middle class, child of conservative parents, am going to go burn down someone’s business! Not going to happen. Now, the libtards will probably burn some shit down, because they can’t stand the thought of someone doing well, who isn’t a baby killing, dope smoking, muslim effing liberal, but that is a different story!

Actually, I think that would be hilarious.

But honestly, it’s a freaking TV show. Even “reality” shows are fake (and sometimes even the History channel is for dramatic effect). It just shows that there are more people who like Bristol Plain than don’t like her. Get the hell over it. Those who didn’t like Obama had to deal with it in 2008, it’s not like we’re going insane in the streets. Every single rally that has been against his administration has indeed been peaceful–to the extent of no one getting hurt (because you would know about it because it would have made international news, God forbid CNN or MSNBC actually attends one of them).

At least the Tea-Party cleaned up after themselves.

Since most liberals have the mental acuity of a gnat, I discount anything they say. Their reasoning for their hatred of Bristol is totally nonsensical, as is most of their reasoning, period.

Bristol isn’t the best dancer, but then she hasn’t had previous dance experience, such as Brandy and Jennifer have. She isn’t a professional athelete or entertainer. Jennifer Grey was Baby in “Dirty Dancing” for crying out loud. She should never have been allowed on the show to begin with.

I think Bristol has improved greatly and I also hope she wins. That would cause a complete meltdown of the liberal blogosphere and make me laugh my butt off.

I agree – it seems unfair that Jennifer Grey was allowed on the competition at all. Of course she’s getting 10′s across the board! Bristol’s hanging in there due to popularity alone, obviously, but I think it would be hilarious if she won the whole thing.

If you have to ask the question, you haven’t been paying enough attention. It’s been all over the lib sites, TV shows and radio shows.

Your argument about who votes for the least qualified candidate is preposterous considering the current occupant of the White House.

This is the most I have seen of DWTS in my entire life. I mean Brandy is a singer, dancer, actress and performer. I am surprised that she isn’t going to a final of this show if she has made it this far it should be her because I am sure that her performance would have been better than Bristol’s who is an amateur. HOWEVER with ALL of that said who gives a crying finger if Brandy lost and Bristol got through or whatever? It is a reality show about who likes whom best nothing to do with talent just like American Idol (except for the first season). I don’t watch those shows because they are stupid and they mean NOTHING in the end. Other than Kelly Clarkson (the winner) what other WINNER of AI has something big going on? It is almost always the seconds or the last four or whatever that get some more recognition right? And who here can tell me without searching for it who won the first DWTS? what have they done with the notoriety from winning with this show? So all this hate is really stupid and unnecessary. She is winning because she is who she is and who her Mother is, get over it.

donavan,
If you are so sure and so angry that someone voted for Bush, then I can assume that YOU voted for “Global Warming is a big lying piece of Crap, and I’m gonna get rich from it” Gore, and “I’ve got a plan, but I can’t tell you guys about it” Kerry, and last but certainly least, “I’m hoping and changing every last dime out of your pocket, plus, I have never accomplished anything in my life, but I can read a teleprompter that makes me look sooooo smart to you sheeple” Obama. Before you give me a snarky retort , I voted for the Libertarian party in both 2000 and 2004, because “None of the Above” was not on the ballot. I voted for McCain in 2008, mainly in the hope that my one vote might prevent the insanity upon us now.

I find it very odd that Libs hate Bush. His actions as President seem to be perfectly in line with former Dem presidents. JFK & LBJ come to mind. If you ask me Libs should love Bush. What is it you don’t like about him? His prescription drug program? TARP? Push for Amnesty? His education bill with Ted Kennedy?

donovan, if CADave voted for Jerry Brown, your comment might hold water. Obama was pushed because he had a paper thin record. He voted “present” well over 100 times in the IL house, & only had 150 days in the US Senate when he announced his run for President. Obama is clueless & does’nt understand that he can’t find his ass with both hands. He knows how to campaign, he does’nt have the slightest clue hard to govern. He does’nt know how to legislate, which is a problem with our current form of gov’t, since it does’nt allow for a ruler. As big a disaster as Obama has been & will be, he may be the best thing that’s happened in a long time to America. He very well may spark the biggest push toward a limited CONSTITUTIONAL gov’t in over a century. The people, or should I say we the people, are relearning our national duty by reading the constitution & getting involved. By exposing the cancer of “progressivism” & understastanding the harm it is to the republic, & now by starting to get rid of these scum in both parties, we are going in the right direction. The 2012 elections should be more of what we saw this year, with even more Dem Senate seats up for grabs then this year.

Remeber donovan, every action has a reaction, & the fact is Obama/Pelosi/Reid effed up big time, & they will only stand & watch Americans take their nation back & maybe roll back a sh!tload of really bad, probably unconstitutional BS & become a rising world power again. The managed decline of the USA will not succeed, & 2010 was just the begining. Your progressive movement gets flushed out of the system if it’s done right, & you will only have Obama & his buttboys to blame. See ya at the polls in 2012, 2014, & 2016.

A few seasons back there was shock in the ballroom when one of the Cheeta Girls was voted off rather early in the competition, despite being a front runner from day one. People were stunned, but the internet did not start glowing from all the hatred expressed for the remaining contestants. Earlier THIS season, Audrina Patridge(sp?) was surprisingly voted off, despite high scores and praise from the professional judges. But now that Brandy is gone, Bristol Palin has become the Mistress of Evil? Come on! The show is based on a combination of judges scores and votes from the public. They are evenly weighted. If you sit on your couch and really think a certain contestant should win, then never pick up a phone and vote (free) of COURSE there are going to be surprises. Ostensibly, part of the schtick of the show is growth. With no entertainment background, who has grown the most in the competition? Even the judges say Bristol’s technique is excellent, but her emotional investment (the acting part)needs to develop. Of course it does she is a young woman from Nowhere Alaska (and if you’ve never been there, you have no idea how nowhere it is) who has been under a political microscope thelast several years because of who her mother is. I personally don’t think she will win, but it all depends on the votes!

Though Wasilla isn’t really “Nowhere,” as it is actually one of the more populated “cities” here in Alaska. I always thought it was funny how Sarah Palin talked about being from a “small town,” when Wasilla has around 7000+ people compared to most places in Alaska with under 1000, including where I live. It’s not nearly as big as Anchorage, which has around 300,000; but is still one of the most populated places in Alaska.
Not trying to pick on you or anything at all, just sayin’. =)

I used to live in Fairbanks. Now I live in San Antonio, Texas (and yes, as a child we drove here down the Al-Can highway!). We have a population of some 2 million, so while I understand that Wasilla is large by Alaskan standards, in the larger scheme of things, a town of 7,000 is pretty much nowhere land. LOL! Some of the other contestants have been from Atlanta, LA, New York, France, Argentina, etc. In comparison, Bristol has had a sheltered life. People act like she’s some kind of globetrotting POS like Paris Hilton.

True, it is technically the middle of nowhere by comparison to large places, I suppose. But it still isn’t a small town. Maybe a small city if anything.
