So many jihadists flocking to Libya, it’s becoming “Scumbag Woodstock.” Just one in a long list of expensive Obama foreign policy boondoggles. He spent hundreds of millions of dollars lobbing cruise missiles into Libya to create this mess and he did it without congressional authorization so this is entirely on him.
