We won’t need “death Panels”..with doctors like this…..and the hospital apologized…yea that makes up for letting this guy die….

I bet there’s probably something in their limiting liability in cases like this, too. Oh? Read paragrah 5,001.2098 Section B2, Sub-Section Z-5. “Liability awards in cases of gross negligence resulting in death are limited to $1.98.”
