Me(d)ia (d)eclines to i(d)entify (d)emocrat scan(d)als

elephant_donkeyLamar Smith, ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, strode purposely to the floor of the House of Representatives yesterday to discuss the elephant in the room. And the donkey that isn’t.

“The national media spells scandal without the ‘D,’” Smith roared during the one-minute daily speech allotted every member of the House.

“Two weeks ago the Governor of Illinois was removed from office,” he said. “All three television networks ran full reports on the story the same night and again the following morning. Not one report mentioned that he is a Democrat.”

To reinforce his point, Smith noted that the major media also failed to identify the party affiliation of troubled Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon, jailed Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, and ousted New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer.

“Americans need and deserve balanced reporting from the media, not selective omissions,” Smith added.

We completely agree with Smith. So let us point out to you that he is a Texas Republican.

First of all, it should be “Democratic” scandals, since it’s the Democratic Party. Second of all, you’re an idiot.

Actually, it’s technically ‘Democrat’ scandals. ‘Democratic’ is an adjective pertaining to actions (particularly those approved by a majority of voters.) ‘Democrat’ is an adjective pertaining to members of the Democrat party. If you’re going to botch your grammar, you may want to refrain from casting asperations on others.

Larry – It’s a the Democrat Party. It’s full of Democrats, not Democratics.
Actually, it’s full of Socialists, Traitors and Liars, but I digress.
Without the sycophant media, and the ignorant populace they control, there would be no Democrat Party.

The liberal media is totally in the tank.

Just a few weeks ago there was nothing going right in Washington…now that Bush is gone, everything is on the right track….socialism.

” every colored man who has a vote to cast, would cast that vote for the regular Republican Party and thus bury the Democratic Party so deep that there will not be seen even a bubble coming from the spot where the burial took place.” – Robert Smalls

All you libs especially “phuknjrk” that is a quote from a runaway slave and American bad a$# Robert Smalls, look him up. You libs are going to go down and hard! You will be a laughing stock. It looks great for you now but not for long.
