Yeah, we know we’re supposed to show respect for the dead, but that doesn’t change the fact that Michael Jackson always creeped us out.
This tape, uncovered by the UK’s News of the World, shows Jackson being grilled by attorneys about child abuse allegations.
The never-before-made-public video was recorded in 1996 after employees at Neverland Ranch sued Jackson. The unseen attorney questions Jackson about his relationship with several young boys – including Jordy Chandler, Mcauley Culkin, and Brett Barnes. Jackson responds by squirming in his seat, laughing nervously, groaning and burying his face in his hands.
It’s not known if attorneys for Bubbles the chimpanzee were given an opportunity to question Jackson.

I have a question. what was the point of saying…. “Jackson responds by squirming in his seat, laughing nervously, groaning and burying his face in his hands.” ????? I feel like you were trying to make me see or believe what you want me to believe. There is no other point in stating that, unless you were following it up with “in my opinion”. Now… In my opinion he looked very sincere and human while being asked those questions. If someone asked me the same questions I would react the same way…. I would furrow my eyebrows in disbelief while coming to the realization of what is being asked, and then I would say “Get the f*ck out of here you F*cking pervert”(But if i was on camera I probably would moan and throw my head back and almost explode from trying to hold back from saying what I really wanted to say.
There is no other point in stating that, unless you were following it up with “in my opinion”.
If you don’t know this is a bit of an opinionated site, you might want to take a look around.
I see. But if you are posting the video let the people put their opinions. You started it off with “slant” like you know… Fox News.
- “fact that Michael Jackson always creeped us out” – is that a fact? I didn’t know he Creeped me out. Thanks for letting me know.
- “Jackson responds by squirming in his seat, laughing nervously, groaning and burying his face in his hands.” –
I didn’t see him squirming in his seat.
And when he did laugh it didn’t seem to be a nervous laugh it seemed to be more of a “What the hell is wrong with people, why can’t I just choke this guy” laugh.
My point is… if you want any credibility just say what you feel, please don’t speak for me or anyone else unless you have their permission(We have the networks and plenty of shows on Fox network to do that already. I have my own voice and my own mind. I am not and never was “creeped” out by Michael Jackson, any of the things he did or of the ways that his appearance changed. Thanks for your time.
You have a little trouble reading properly don’t you?
You didn’t like this: “the fact that Michael Jackson always creeped us out.” That’s why we said “us” not “you” or “the world” or anything besides us here at the website. O know you are probably a “we are the worlder” kind of evolved being, but here at ITHM, us mean us. I means I. You means you. You know, like I don’t like You.
You didn’t see him squirming? Are you using the braille version of the site?
Not a nervous laugh, but more of a “What the hell is wrong with people, why can’t I just choke this guy” laugh? Yeah he didn’t look nervous at all. I’ve never seen him nervous before. And why would he be nervous in front of attorney’s on camera, talking about potential child molestation? I see your point.
I’m happy that you have your own voice and your own mind. I’m impressed, really. We have to share ours with others–someday we hope to be able to each get our own here at IHTM.
But I like your idea. A commentary site should definitely get permission slips from all the potential readers before we shove our own views on anyone. Do you think we should put up a permission form splash page before allowing anyone to read the site? Or do you think we should mail 6,706,993,152 forms out to the world? I can’t decide.
I bow to your own mind that will speak the answer to me from your own voice, and follow your suggestion.
Hey, Jermaine, tell Tito, Marlon, Randy and Jackie we said hi.
Interesting… I just recently heard someone say “If you have to stoop to name calling, you lost the fight.”
I guess you told me huh? Well, my point once again is about Journalism and credibility. As a reader it rubbed me the wrong way instantly. I think it’s crude that you would just share your opinion where it’s not needed. Again, I’m not sure if you’re a journalist but I found something that might help you out. This is from http://www.concernedjournalists.org/ I think you might benefit from this, also they have a lot of other good information on there…
HOW TO SAY IT HONESTLY AND EFFECTIVELY…
“You can have your own point of view or opinion. But if you want people to pay attention to you, you must give them a chance to make a decision. You can present the information you think is important, and then explain your view. When people feel you are honest and credible, they will return to your place on the Internet. You can also separate your work into clear categories. This means you mark some of what you write as what you have learned and reported, and some as your opinion.”
Have a good day mister Administrator.
Jermaine’ comments above are yet another example that liberals have absolutely no sense of humor. What a depressing life it must be.
I see. But if you are posting the video let the people put their opinions. You started it off with “slant” like you know… Fox News.
haha….funny…as if every other channel is so straight forward and non-opinionated….
Then again some people only hear what they want to hear…and no matter what anyone says to them that will not change……
And the most disturbing thing about MJ is the fact that he never had anyone around him that was willing to be “mean” to him and tell him to stop this lifestyle and stop doing the drugs.
It reminds me a lot of this country in that we are afraid to be straight forward in fear of “offending” someone , while in turn letting those people rot because we are not willing to do anything to stop it….and then we mourn their loss when we should be ashamed we never had the BALLS to stop it from happening….
Also I wonder if this whole thing is so devastating to some people because they have never had anyone close to them ever die and this is the first time they have had to deal with death.
I agree entirely. Although as for people mourning his death, it comes down to the fact that Americans, long since denying the existence of a god, have replaced god with celebrities. When one of them dies, their entire world crashes around them.
You silly boy…Mchael was a GIFT to the world from GOD…that is why the Whole world cries…NOTHING happens without our Lord and Savior…NOTHING.
Then, our Lord and Savior decided he wanted the gift returned I guess.
Yikes! Really?! I mean really? Was this a real comment?
A gift from G-d? Okay… yikes… I just can’t believe it. Yeah I mean he was talented, but what did he do for you? His entertaining you is not going to solve your problems nor give you true perspective on life. It won’t save your soul nor give you peace of mind. It won’t put food on your table, get a job or keep your job. It is not going to feed your children, pay the mortgage nor pay school loans. It certainly not going to provide you with the funds to actually be entertained in the first place. We give all this time and money to these people and they do nothing for us in return other than “entertain”. They look pretty but like any idol they are not real, they have they own problems and issues. I agree with Matt Garner, in my opinion it seems that celebrities are the gods and goddess of these times. The same thing could be said of royalty especially in the 15-18th centuries.
It is amazing how humans DESIRE someone to look up to, but they go for the lame people who have no real power to make effective changes in a person’s life.
It seems pretty clear to me that MJ was angry and hurt, especially when they brought up Macauly Culkin’s name. He was almost in tears when he said “Yes” that he knew him.
How would YOU act if someone accused you of such a heinous crime? I think this is about how I’d act–angry, shocked and upset.
He was forever consistent! The questions were malicious insinuations of which to michael’s mind were simply disgusting, esp. when asked about culkin, which is why he’s been making those unpleasant facial expressions.
Oh tabloid writers and other researchers. Just to create intrigues and sell.. how could they go so low! ugh! you’re happy now?
It’s obvious!!
Jackson responds by squirming in his seat, laughing nervously, groaning and burying his face in his hands: come on man … not even you believe that, be serious, next time try to think, in your case maybe works, good luck!
This is some serious shit. I bet you the whole damn time he was just thinking of different ways to kill that bastard. He was close to tears, and honestly I think he wanted to beat the hell outta that guy. The reason he’s laughing? He’s actually thinking, “Just smile and say yes and maybe he will get on with his life” these people are bastards. I’m sorry, excuse my french, but they are. Really they are.
Rest In Peace MJ
I’m a fan of MJ but must admit, the gift returning comment was a good comeback he he
Wow, poor Michael. I hate seeing him sad
I don’t know if he did it that time or any other time and to how many kids or nothing happened. I am not G-d only G-d knows this as well as the children as well as Michael. I really have no way of knowing what happened. I know of another superstar like him who like him was into children in the sense that she loved kids and she was also accused of doing the same thing and it was all a disgusting lie. The difference is that after that she became a recluse pretty much and just created a divide between herself and children which is too sad, Michael did not which made him vulnerable again.
Now his reactions to me seem normal. I agree with someone above I would probably wanted to tell the person to get the hell out of my house that he is disgusting, etc. Since the situation is serious then I would have had to keep my thoughts to myself to not make the situation worst, but I couldn’t believe what the guy was asking if I didn’t do it myself. However Michael was weird and he left himself open to these accusations so I can understand if people do not believe him.
Me … the first time I did the second time I did not I felt a second time something WEIRD happened even if it wasn’t complete sexual misconduct from his part.
When I answer a question like “are you pretty?” I say what you think.. and I look in their face. I don’t hide my face; uncomfortable or not with my answer. To me he looks guilty… the fans want to protect MJ2. What does that say about his fans? Well, he can dance and sing and the humanitarian thing. WHAT? Is that what MJ was about? Dancing, singing, humanitarian… NO. Michael was a person, a father, a son, uncle, brother. He also had a lot of problems and chose to take that broom and sweep them under the trash instead of facing them. He had the money to get help for a drug addiction and broadcasted that on the air he has a pain killer drug problem… well, stop with the surgery’s and bleaching skin. His family chose to ignore the fact he needed help; “…we tried to take him to rehab once…”. Oh so thats what his family thinks he was worth? A one time shot? I wouldve kicked MJ in the ass pushed him down the stairs and say get in the car. I don’t care if he had goons for guards; feed them a t-bone and watch what they protect (their own fork). The problem is we are all guilty for not climbing those steps and saying MIKE STOP. YOU WANTED THOSE KIDS GET OFF THE DRUGS & RAISE THEM. Now the family has an escapegoat; Dr. Murray. My friends on topix will hate me for saying this but MJ2 had a love of plastic surgery, correct? He could have bank accounts in countries like Sweden or Norway or Germany and now had plastic surgery and became a white (or go black; to Michael it don’t matter) woman or maybe a Peter Pan twin.
