We have gotten several of these applications in the mail, addressed to myself and my wife, recently, we got one addressed to my 80 year old father in law.
I don’t know how they decide who to send them to, but it seems to me that homeowners wouldn’t be eligible, and seniors with dementia wouldn’t know they have one!
I think it’s just fishing to see how many customers they can get on the government’s (OUR) dime.
