NAACP calls on Obama admin to pursue civil rights charges against Zimmerman. Well now, as predicted, this didn’t take long, did it?

Mobile police have yet to make any arrests in the case

No shit? I’m shocked! (not)

The article goes on to list a number of black on white crimes, and that they have referred a case to the FBI for possible prosecution under federal hate crimes statutes.
I don’t see that going anywhere.

I know the odds are very good that the DOJ/Social Just us Dept, the NAACP, & various race organizations want civil rights charges or a civil suit over the Zimmerman case. Maybe it’s time to go after National Action Network, Rainbow Push, the Black Panthers, the NAACP in the same way. Go after these racist organizations in court system & bankrupt them by going after their assets & their tax status.

Where is the NAALCP on the violence in Chicago, DC, New York, LA, Oakland, Dallas, Houston and most other major cities? They refuse to address the underlying issues that are causing it. Single parent homes, absent or non existent fathers. An inner city school system that is failing to educate, unemployment at nearly 30-40 percent. Yet they fall right in line and repeat loudly and profanely “Yes sir boss” to quagmire, the unions and others.

Why is it that the NAALCP wont go after hip hop and all of its stars, Hollywood or any other so-called entertainment?

Until they are willing to address all of the issues they too are nothing more than the same as those who calm to be preachers. Only looking to enrich themselves off the backs of those that the claim to represent.

Yes! Both the ‘black community’ and the white guilt crowd refuse to acknowledge black on black crime. 94% of blacks murdered are murdered by other black people. I’ll leave it to the experts as to why that is.

Civil rights charges against Zimmerman? Let me quote a one Miss Rachel Jenteal. “That’s Real Retarded Sir.” – Rachel Jenteal

That doesn’t mean Obama won’t do it. In fact, it increases the odds.

If I had the money, I would start a private “witness protection program” just for people like him (and his family). They would have a long safe happy life and no one would ever find them.

As Mr. Crump says, Trayon will forever be remembered in the”anals” of history, so I suggest the DOJ start there.
The real investigation is why did the justice system allow itself to be perverted into making this into a crime. A punk 17 yr old, who thought he was all bad ass with his MMA skill-set, and fortunately was met with an armed citizen doing their job. Do adolescents make stupid decisions which lead to their death? Every day.

Agree. This administration has gone out of its way on many occasions to further divide the races. They – especially the DOJ and Obama – have inflicted major damage by inflaming some local issue (“the police acted stupidly” or “Trayvon could be my son”).

So, like every decision this administration makes, it comes down to three options:
a) is it ignorance/stupidity?
b) are they off-the-charts inept?
c) is it intentional?

None of the answers are good.

My only real question to those in charge in the regime would this…

If you trying to destroy the nation, what would do differently compared to what you have already done?

I believe that it is intentional. There is far too much of an established pattern of divisiveness. My sense, as I’ve stated before, is that they want a crisis that they can use to justify suspension or nullification of the Constitution. Wide scale civil unrest might inspire some level of martial law.

@red, sorry, I owe you a beer, or something. A week or two ago I commented that I never realized you were a recovering lawyer and I just now really read your name. Really ‘read’ it, not just looked at it, should have put it together a long time ago, smh. Pick your poison, or I do a mean secret recipe iced tea if that works better.

I am more than payed back by your thoughtful commentary. I teach criminal justice among other things and I have used the Zimmerman case as an example of what not to do. The sworn affidavit for GZ’s arrest is pure, unadulterated BS. Gosh, when I am singing the praises of Alan Dershovitz, then you know something weird has occurred. He is the only attorney who called it right in the beginning, and continues to today, calling the “special” prosecutors disgraceful and have earned their disbarment. Although I admire Det. Serino for telling the truth on the stand, he still had said a manslaughter charge was in order. The original prosecutor should be praised as well as “former” Police Chief Lee. The Mayor, ESPECIALLY the city manager, and of course the Governor and the toad Angela Corey should be removed from office and sued. A RICO case seems in order!

I would think the Chief has a good wrongful termination lawsuit.
The prosecutor would also have a bone to pick with the city.
As far as the rest of the circus clowns, I can do without the whole bunch.

And if this stratagem doesn’t work, Progressives will call for the international kangaroo court in Europe to try Zimmerman for ‘Crimes against humanity’.

Apparently the “C” in NAACP only means the color of the president of the NAACP and the color of the President of the United States. George Zimmerman’s color is no longer relevant.

A recently conducted Rasmussen poll showed that 37% of Americans think that blacks are racists, versus 15% of whites, and 18% of Hispanics. So by my reasoning , that makes the NAACP a racist origination, and one that should be de-funded and prosecuted.
