I believe if you research those claims you made you’ll find out that those so called experiments were conducted in the south, where almost all politicians were democrats, and it was democrats that allowed it to transpire. You can say gov’t all you want but most conservatives are not in gov’t for a career, they instead venture out to places where they can earn real money. So yeah those kinds of things were done but they were done with the full knowledge and blessing of the democrat party.
