obama approval all time low

In what can only be called a desperate attempt on our part to connect this story to Thanksgiving we would like to note that President Obama’s approval rating has hit an all-time low on the same day that the day that the Indian leader is visiting the White House.

Get it? Thanksgiving? Indians?

Yeah, it was a stretch, but we’re already in holiday mode and that’s the best you’re going to get out of us today.

So let’s let Rasmussen give you the details:

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 27% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty-two percent (42%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -15. This is the lowest Approval Index rating yet measured for President Obama.

Fifty-two percent (52%) of Democrats Strongly Approve while 68% of Republicans Strongly Disapprove. Among those not affiliated with either major political party, just 16% Strongly Approve and 51% Strongly Disapprove.

Minus 15. Ahhh, this is going to be a glorious Thanksgiving. Glorious, indeed.

Rasmussen bases its daily “presidential approval index” on a 3-day moving average. So, as the Obama administration drops its next bombshell on a (say) Friday afternoon, the full effect is not seen until the following Tuesday. So, what happened 3-4 days ago? Eric Holder/KSM? Mammograms? Senate voting for the HC debate? Hmmmm…..

I’ve been watching these polls in stages. Reaching 0 was the first stage. -10 was the next stage, and where we current are at. Once we hit -10 I figured there was no chance of it going to greater than 0, and so far that seems true.

The next stage I’m looking for is -25. At that point I think it’ll be safe to say Obama never leaves the negative double digits.

The Emperor has no clothes. The chickens are coming home to roost. He’s getting his just desserts. What goes around comes around. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Like father, like son. A glimmer of hope.

OK, I’m done.

When will people learn?
It’s not nice to disapprove of the Greatest President Evah™ just because he has laughably large and gargantuan ears, that could possibly serve as flotation devices and save Obama in the event he ever falls over in the bathtub.
