President Obama, often noted as a former professor of constitutional law, got a little confused during Tuesday’s State of the Union Address. He said:
We find unity in our incredible diversity, drawing on the promise enshrined in our Constitution: the notion that we are all created equal….
Uh-oh. Wrong document, President Obama. It’s actually the Declaration of Independence that says:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
It is almost zenlike, young grasshopper, that one should attempt to teach that which one has not yet mastered.
What kind of grade would the ol’ professor give a student who made such a basic error?
A solid B+.

How did he even get to be President, let alone a Constitutional Scholar!? What? It wasn’t Bush? Again it was Obama…..Damn!
It’s getting harder and harder to prop this guy up as the “smartest president EEEVVVEEERRRR”.
It is not a suprise. It is evident that he does not know the differance between his a$$ and a hole in the ground either.
What does one expect from a genius who thinks there are 57 states?
He was probably counting Singapore, Kenya and other Muslim countries among the states after all didn’t he say that the US is increasingly becoming an Islamic country or something to that effect?
Overall anyone can make gaffes, but unlike Bush, Obamy and his people continue to propel the notion that he is very smart and doesn’t make mistakes and that nothing he does is his fault UNLESS it is a success.
Only the puppeteer, not the puppet, can make mistakes. Additionally, since a puppet has no brains, obama can’t be held libel for the stupidity that is his administration.
Joe Biden, also a noted constitutional scholar, indicated during that debate that he had no idea what the job of vice-president entails.
Well, crap, where has he been? Everybody knows a VP’s sole duty is to go to funerals…

Fairly sure Saul Alinsky’s.. Rules for Radicals … should not be on the recommended list coming from your Dept of Education to our school children Suggested reading… US Constitution.. thats the one with the Bill of Rights… parents check out this list at your schools, you’ll be amazed.
So why do people want to see this guy’s birth certificate.. Hey, if he can’t get it right even with a teleprompter.. Must just be a case of classic hoof in mouth disease.
I want to see it for the same reason your are asked to show your ticket at a sporting event, to see if you should be in the seat you are in. I don’t think he has a US birth certificate, & I also want to know what passport he used to travel to Pakistan back in 1982. Since there was a travel ban in place for Americans back then, he could’nt have had done so on a American passport. He went there on a British or Indonesian passport. My guess, British, since I’m would wager he’s a native of Kenya. BTW, we also can’t see his college records, or any other records, they are all sealed so nobody really knows. Obama is America’s first UNDOCUMENTED PRESIDENT.
But the Hawaiian local newspaper announced his birth, it is impossible that they were part of a cover up knowing before hand that he would be President and he would be so stupid about his birth certificate, etc.
I think O’Reilly is right Obama WANTS people to obsessed about his birth record that way he can point to conservatives and say that we are unhinged.
I get O’Reilly’s point, but this could be ended by Obama by producing his birth certificate. There is a “certificate of live birth” out there that he has from the state of Hawaii, but that is not a birth certificate. This is a double edged sword for everyone. Obama can make people look goofy by not producing it because it is hard to believe that it is hard to buy into the idea that our President is from somewhere else. But if actual stone cold evidence comes out that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt he was born in Kenya, what then? We have ourselves a constitutional crisis. What happens to bills he signed into law? what happens to judges he has appointed? Do they stay on the bench? Do executive orders Obama has made matter if this happens? These are roads nobody wants to drive down, but there has been no real proof either way. John McCain produced his when questioned, he was born in Panama because his father was in the military & was stationed there.
This story will not go away, & as long as it is unresolved, many will not have the respect for the President that they should have. For the record, I believe Obama is the President, he should be treated as such, but he should clear settle the issue once & for all. But I doubt he will.
Yes he was born in Panama Canal Zone the area was kind of like an embassy situation, kind of, where it really WAS considered an extension of the US at that time and until 1999. So even in that aspect he can be legally President.
Obama’s Father was not a US citizen (not ever right?) although his Mother was if I don’t err that pretty much makes him a US citizen legally right? Now the problem here what the constitution says. If I am not mistaken it says that ONLY those born in the US and that are legally citizens can be Presidents right? If that is the case and he wasn’t born in the US nor in an extension of the US even though he has one parent who is a US citizen, then yes he is not legally President as per the constitution is that correct?
However I feel like I said above there is evidence that he was born in Hawaii, so as far as that he is the President. What I am trying to say here is that overall, I just think it is best for birthers to let it drop, it makes the right look bad and it makes Obama look like he is being attacked WITHOUT CAUSE and that the attacks are xenophobic or racist and that doesn’t help in my opinion.
Obama loves this and I don’t want Obama to gain points this way.
