Ever see Obama at a town meeting event? He can and does give long, detailed answers extemporaneously. He does not memorize his speeches, however, anymore than Glenn Beck does; and Glenn Beck talks for a living. Did George W. Bush memorize his speeches? Ever see Bush and Tony Blair at a joint press conference? Blair speaks eloquently. Bush uses short simple sentences that make his sound like a not terribly bright junior high school student. I imagine you people miss that. It's a form of communication you can understand.

Did you see the recent Obama Press Conference or Obama on 60 minutes? (sigh)I can just imagine the colored ring around your mouth from all the Kool Aid you've been chugging. When one "actually cares" about what he/she is speaking about then one should be able to "wing it" and speak from his/her heart when those friendly, 12X12 Plexiglas squares with big, "inspiring" words floating on them go on the fritz. That's what us old timers like to call "CONVICTION" and "CHARACTER".The only thing our "Dear Leader" wannabe CARES about, vis a vis his speeches, is that they contain platitudes and misdirections of sufficient quantity so as to mentally herd those two-legged lemmings with appropriately malleable gray matter off that cliff where the sign saying "DANGER! CLIFF AHEAD" is replaced with one that says "CHANGE".Just saying.

Oh, Don. Don, Don, Don.
