Ego-bama praises campaign worker who wanted to be buried in an Obama T-shirt

Oh, my, Obama. The Narcissist-in-Chief spoke at a Democratic National Committee fundraiser the other night and told the tragic tale of a campaign worker who died from breast cancer:

I got a letter — I got a note today from one of my staff — they forwarded it to me — from a woman in St. Louis who had been part of our campaign, very active, who had passed away from breast cancer. She didn’t have insurance. She couldn’t afford it, so she had put off having the kind of exams that she needed. And she had fought a tough battle for four years. All through the campaign she was fighting it, but finally she succumbed to it. And she insisted she’s going to be buried in an Obama t-shirt.

A touching story made all the more touching by the fact that Obama uses the woman’s death to praise his own inspirational leadership. It’s that kind of nervous, awkward laughter that comes from an audience that isn’t quite sure what kind of response is appropriate.

To see the comment, go straight to the 8:25 mark of the embedded video. Notice that the crowd reacts to the story by laughing despite the fact that Obama seems completely serious.

We’re not even sure we buy the story. Who was the woman? What was her name? What was her story? Tell us about her. The World’s Greatest Orator should know that stories are much more effective when they’re personalized with authentic details.

As it was told, Obama’s story sounds about as convincing as Joe Biden’s attempt to review Avatar.

Bottom line: The campaign worker should consider herself lucky. She died and got buried in a T-shirt. The rest of us lived and get buried in debt.

Overall, we’d have to say she wins.

Hmmmm. This sounds like a classic case of “I voted for Obama and all I got was a T-shirt.”

Just a guess, but she probably wore the t-shirt over the real shirt she was already wearing.

How exactly did this dead woman, who had worked so hard on the campaign, send this letter post-mortem?

I’ll bet $100 bucks that this dead woman votes in the next election as well. St.Louis is one of those towns where the dead voting block is a force on election day. ACORN will probably “help” her to vote for the correct candidate.

BTW, I remember George Lopez talking about going to a funeral for an uncle years ago, & he was buried in a Members Only jacket. That is tacky, & it might be worse then an Obama T-shirt.

Turns out she did have Insurance, but ignored the lump she had found for too long. She was diagnosed stage 4 right off the bat. But, she apparently still recieved top notch treatment before her death. Reminds me of Hillary and her tale of the pregnant woman who was refused treatment for lack of 100 dollars.

That is sickening, Chancey. The way these liberals spin the truth is appalling.

Here are all the facts on this woman-she could afford insurance, but instead chose to open a business-after finding the lump-this “president” is not only using this story to his “benefit” but he is so cynical, he is twisting it completely out of context to fit his “needs” what a douchebag he truly is.

Funny, he seems to have no sympathy for that woman in Oregon who died of breast cancer because her state-sponsored insurance wouldn’t pay for her treatment, as it was determined too expensive for her stage of breast cancer. However, they did say they would cover drugs for assisted suicide.

There is a lady at church who is on our state’s health insurance, and has been found to have Stage III breast cancer, who has been denied treatment because of the same reasons, I suppose. She is otherwise in excellent health and is probably in her mid-40’s.

In another story I read about the woman mentioned in the above story, the author found that free mammograms are available to anyone who can’t afford them in her state.

His stories are about as believable as Hillary’s “sniper” stories or Joe Biden’s tall tales. They should all collaborate on a book of tall tales. Oh…sorry, Obama’s already written one, hasn’t he?

I love you people but 10 minutes…? Although I did appreciate marking the spot to avoid most of the nonsense. It is hard to watch 10 minutes straight of Obamy.

It is disgusting these “stories” that are flat out lies but even more disgusting the fact that he HAD to put in there that she wanted to be buried in a t-shirt of Obama. He is indeed an egocentric freak.

Did you notice how he seemed to be unsure about whether he should tell the story? He seemed to be hemming and hawing more than usual at that part, but in the end, he couldn’t resist kissing his own ass. He looked and sounded like the fool that he is.

Thanks to Obama care I’m sure they’re gonna need a lot more T-shirts to bury people in.

“I died while waiting 6 months for a doctor’s appointment and all I got was this lousy T-shirt!”
