ObamaCare and the “29ers”. A new trend: “part-time ‘job sharing’, not only within firms but across different businesses.” As predicted, new ways to avoid ObamaCare’s “full time employee” minimum hours are springing up. “Democrats who thought they were doing workers a favor by mandating health coverage can’t seem to understand that it doesn’t help workers to give them health care if they can’t get a full-time job that pays the rest of their bills.” Just add that to the already HUGE pile of things they can’t seem to understand.

It’s a prerequisite to being a lib – a complete disconnection from any concept of cause-and-effect. That in turn leads to the notion that people are simply chesspieces that you move around to whatever square suits your vision. Then, when the people react and insist on doing things to suit THEIR needs, you announce “unexpected results” in the presser.

Then you repeat this procedure again and again and again …

My neice, Obozo voter, had her weekly hours cut from 50 to 29. Guess who’s fault it is…her employer, although she knows it is as a result of Obamacare. But instead of blaming Obama, she is mad at her employer for simply not being able to afford to pay for this “free” healthcare. And her employer is……..government. She is a long time employee.
At 29 hrs/week she cannot pay her bills so at least instead of whining (too much) about it, went out and got a second job which became available because they were cutting all their employees to no more than 29 hours/week also.

Hate to say it Navy, but your neice needs to learn the hard lesson of what progressivism does to people. From what you have said, she needs more. Hopefully, at some point, having to eat sh!t sandwiches for the same reasons, time & again, will change her mind.
