We definitely need another new law – one which would require legislators to read bills before voting on them. In the case of New York, lawmakers should also be required to prove they understand what is in each bill they vote on, but that’s probably more than most of them are able to do.

I like the idea of them each having to turn in a report, in their own words, stating the intended purpose of the law, and how it is Constitutional. Then have EVERY law sunset in two years if the stated purpose isn’t what happens.

BTW, where the hell were these school idiots when I was a kid? Back then I had to fake being sick to skip school. Now all you need do is quick draw your finger.
