Oops, Obama touts his jobs plan today at an Ohio bridge that won’t qualify. Well, what do you expect from a president that’s unqualified? Talk about a bridge to nowhere. The same place Obama is leading the whole country to. Nowhere.

It won’t matter much. The dumb ones will be there cheering, wet to the knees with a thrill running up and down their legs.

The “speech” at the bridge sums up barry’s presidency. Always wrong about what needs to be done and how to do it. barry could have and should have ventured about 65 miles west along the Ohio River to the city of Louisville. There he would find a bridge that does qualify, that could have and should have been taken care of under the 1st stimulus bill. The Sherman Minton Bridge carries an estimated 1.6 million vehicles a week. The closing of the bridge took the governor from Indiana to close it while the governor of Kentucky would not act.
Yet there stood Gov. Beshear, Congressman J. Yarmuth (3rd KY), Congressman B Chandler (6th KY) and Mayor Fischer (Louisville). All of them playing props and lap dogs for barry and his stupid speech. This speech and pictures of the dignitaries alone will be a perfect campaign ad for all of their opponents coming up.

What truly worries me is where are the president’s handlers? Does he NOT have people to do fact checks and make sure he is going to look good talking in front of the crowd? Its almost like his own people keep trying to make the poor guy look like an even bigger schmuck then he already happens to be. Whats next, tying his shoe laces together so he tumbles off the air force one ramp?

“Help us rebuild this bridge. Help us rebuild America” Obama said during this speech yesterday as he once again called on Congress to pass his jobs bill. If he were a Republican President wouldn’t the media being going on and on about how this bridge is a bridge to nowhere because of how far away it’s completion is? Louisville Democrat Mayor Fischer who is a graduate of my high school, Trinity High School, talked to Obama about Louisville’s shut down Sherman Minton Bridge which connects to Indiana. Sorry Mayor, Ohio might be in play next year, Indiana and Kentucky won’t be, hence Obama’s choice of bridge speeches. He’s just an old fashioned Chicago pol, he’s not a visionary leader.
