The part goes like this, starting with morgan’s now famous twittage; “Ironic U.S. gun rights campaign to deport me for ‘attacking 2nd Amendment rights’ – is my opinion not protected under 1st Amendment rights?,” Morgan tweeted.

Had I still been resident in the Former UK, I’d have said “don’t send that slimy ceep back here”. As it is, I now live elsewhere and am relatively sure he won’t ber coming here.

While the petition feels good to us, IMHO it will lead to nothing. It might even prove a benefit to PM as it advertises him and his “credentials”. CNN has low ratings here, but the useful idiots that do watch it are hard-core leftists and likely agree 100 % with what he said. And CNN is broadcast internationally where all good commies and socialists agree with this thinking too.
PM is not the only media idiot spouting this anti-gun rage. Why not call out them all? A more demonstrative petition would be one calling for a law requiring all media people send their children to public gun-free schools with no armed guards. And maybe add a list of those who at present do not and say how this needs to change.

A progressive whistle like him will not get the boot while he serves the agenda in the unfailing manner he does, but he is not a citizen of the United States, and he is under indictment in UK for hacking cell phones and publishing private messages of celebrities. So as you said, nothing official will come of it. However, the strikes against him make his brand of diatribe significantly more vulnerable to this sort of redress. The more people that know of his underhandedness and outright anti-American rhetoric, the more people might start paying attention to the undermining going on against their freedom and Liberty. Every little bit helps. Plus, being a Brit as he is, reminding him and everyone who shares his views that we already have a couple notches on the buttstocks from victories over gun-grabbing Englishmen is called for.
