From the sounds of this. The president managed to find away to actually tax sex. 1st give out a free condom or two. 2nd tax the liquor that helps people to get laid (guilty of that1) 3rd after all the motion, bumping and grinding is finished tax the cigarette that some enjoy afterwards.

Pay attention to the dates poppa, it is our J Crowley…What he lists as “experience” is the internships required for college credit in order to graduate in the first place. And look closely, those internships where at the very same University he was paying to attend…So he paid them to allow him to intern there.

OK, First, I missed the part where it was as of 2007, that would have been before his stellar performance as a census taker.
2nd, he was totally misleading in his resume’ because he never admitted to his being in an internship as part of his education, he makes it look like he worked for the university.
Now that we all have his address and phone number, maybe we should have an intervention for his mother. Time to kick the bird out of the nest.

Most employers are smart enough to figure out when some one is tweeking the truth about his/her resume…prolly why he isn’t getting anywhere with it. Oh and the one about the “clerical” job…that was in connection with financial aid, set up by the university to help him pay his tuition…so kind of a “gimme” job at best there too.

Okay, completely OT, but it seemed like a good place to put this, mainly because it is the first thread here.
hmmm…an interesting tactic…..

with respect….

i did not intend to develop this as a tactic against debt collector calls. It arose spontaneously from some prank universe is playing.

Basically what has happened is that since Chase Bank took over (probably illegally, certainly without doing their real work) from WAMU bank, my mortgage payments have been going astray within their system. i mail them out as usual, regularly, and yet these last 3 or 4 payments have not made it into their system in a timely fashion (like that is my fault), and as a result, i have been receiving early morning phone calls from their ‘debt collections debt’.

Now note, i am old, raspy, and get up early usually as a result of pain….so calling very early gets me at my peak, while the old wounds are still sharp, and the wits are eagar for contention just as a distraction until tea is ready.

It should come as no surprise then, that confronted early in the AM with the statement that ‘this call is being recorded for debt collection purposes’ resulted in my reply that ‘well, ok then, if you’re going to record, so am i’, and i trot off to get my handy little phone-to-pc recorder and fire up Audacity.

When i returned, i was informed that ‘you have no right to record this call’….which of course, was JUST the wrong thing to say.

Instanly my response is, “EXCUSE ME?!? are you calling from Washington State? Do you know the laws in my STATE of residence regarding mutual assurance of documentation under contract law?!? Are you aware that you are performing contract work as an agent at this moment, and as such are acting for your principle and likely have the authority from your principle to alter contracts?! If so, you are modifying a contract, and if you are recording toward the purpose of validating contract alterations, then under the REVISED CODES of WASHINGTON, and the Uniform Commerical Code, i also have the RIGHT to a copy of any and all contract alterations!”…..

Well, i was then informed again, that ‘sir, you have not a right to record’…that is when i went ballistic and demanded to have the woman’s supervisor put on the line….off to hold i went where i waited with their shitty music for 4 minutes out of courtesy before hanging up.

There was a return call. Instantly i informed the woman that i was going to record this call and if she had any legal justification for an objection she should cite such now as i was recording. Her response was to put me on hold with the shitty music. Again, a courtesy few minutes, and then screw it….my time is important, and i am working, so time is money….as i will so inform the next Chase agent to call….hmmm…now what shall i bill them for the mistake, the problems, and the time intrusions….

Next time i receive a call, i will at some point put them on hold and will play the latest episode of Max Keiser on Russia Today during the interim…much more educational and worthwhile than the shitty tunes over at Chase collections hell-hole.

And yes, i will record the next call up the bozo-chain at Chase….it is my right, as a human, and yes, even my right under contract law.

Chase held my mortgage and everything was fine until the mortgage got down to about $30K. Even though I made all my payments on time and even was paying extra every month which was why my mortgage was as low as it was. But lots of problems suddenly developed. I called them up and asked for the payoff amount, hit the savings and investment accounts and paid it off. I simply didnt trust them and thought about how nice a foreclosure would be for them on a $30K mortgage with a home valued around $400K then. (Not worth that anymore of course.)

After reading this, I am greatly relieved that Chase doesn’t hold our mortgage.
We do however, use online payments through our bank for making the mortgage payments, so that we have proof through our financial institution as to when out payments are made, so that our mortgage holder is totally screwed if they try pulling any of this shit on us.

Some of the last holdouts, the Phillipines and Ireland, are now surrendering. Ireland is going to legalize abortion by permitting abortion in so-called life-threatening situations. If she threatens suicide, she gets an abortion. It’s sad that in country after country, people just give in to the liberals if they whine long enough.

Actually there are some legitimate reasons for at least some of the Irish abortions. Whil many are for convenience, like here. NONE are allowed in Ireland. Not for a child who cannot survive outside the womb, not even for a dead child. One of the recent stories they are pushing is the case of a woman with a missed abortion (that is the baby died in utero, but the mother never passed the baby’s body, placenta, etc. The woman apparently became septic and died, because they refused her an abortion. Stupid decisions like that give abortion supporters fuel for their fight.

The death of the Indian woman in Ireland supposedly because she was denied an abortion is a perfect example of the Big Lie. The husband now says that she did not ask for an abortion and that the facts about the situation have become “muddled”. It is now said that she probably had the fatal condition and didn’t know it. Everyone said she was healthy and fine during her pregnancy and that her death was unexpected. The abortion activists and their media allies don’t care. They put out the lie to further their agenda. And they have apparently been successful because abortion is probably now going to be legalized in Ireland in cases of a supposed threat to the life of the mother, which almost every woman will probably now claim. Abortion was also legalized in our nation through the Big Lie. Norma Roe wasn’t raped and never asked for an abortion, but that was the story told to our Supreme Court. This story is actually more about shoddy reporting because of an agenda and media duplicity than abortion. It is no coincidence that Jesus in John 8:44 called Satan a liar and a murderer, he linked lies leading to murder purposefully.
