I’m to tired to delve into the complexity of this. However, I guess if people are making money using his name and his words, from a capitalist point of view, he should at least be getting money, if not have some or all stake in owning the site. I don’t know the legality issues surrounding this, but it would be difficult to say they don’t use his image and words for profit (I’m assuming they’re not a nonprofit). I’m not a lawyer, so I don’t know, and I’m to tired to do any intensive research, plus I don’t care.
I just wish we had half intelligent trolls around here. Ones that you could actually banter with back and forth. Ones that make points that involve more than two words. But one of my favorite things to do is argue with people.
