Russia accidentally posts real Crimean election results. Instead of 97% voting in favor of annexation with 83% turnout, the actual result was 50% in favor with only 30% turnout. So Russia annexed Crimea based on 15% of voters… or less, because many of the yes votes may have come from the Russian soldiers standing outside the polling places with Kalishnikovs
