Patriot Act. Before that there was covert tactics anyway. Big Brother is doing what ever it wants to do. There is always a way to justify any infraction of the rights of the people.
The infraction is that you don’t have to be told about it for up to 360 days.

The wording of the Constitution was done in such a way as to transcend time and technology. Were they perfect in their wording? No, of course not. Were they close enough to cover the internet, social media and e-mails? I think they were!

Using your logic any speech delivered over the airwaves isn’t protected because there were no radios and TVs when the First Amendment was adopted. Critical thinking skills.

Same argument is made about the 2nd Am. and 17-round magazines. Think those are Constitutionally protected or not?

“Effects” — I think that covers just about anything else that I could consider “mine.”

God help us, when we’re on the side of the ACLU against a Democrat!

For those who TD. I am for the ability of law enforcement to find terrorists and people like the Movie Theater Massacre Joker and prevent mass murders. There is no physical property involved and if you are doing shady shit in emails like contacting terror organizations you need to be caught.

So the Second Amendment would only protect the Peoples’ right to keep and bear muzzle loaders and blunderbusses. Semi-auto firearms would not be available to the civilians because they didn’t exist at the time. No. The Framers wrote this Constitution to address the changes and advancements in weaponry, as well as communications as well as everything else. To suggest that communication via the internet would be excluded because it wasn’t yet available is well outside the bounds of reason and well into the ridiculous. Radio and TV didn’t exist, even the ability to reach the back rows of the largest public venues wouldn’t be covered because amplification didn’t exist.

Well you know, the 2d Amendment is for squirrel hunting and target practice only.

Oh yeah, they’ve been telling me that for years and I can’t seem to get it hammered properly into my think patriotic skull. But we can surmise that, while it was necessary to hunt in order to survive, since the grocery store industry wasn’t in all the neighborhoods yet, people needed to be able to kill animals for survival, but no need for the most modern assault weapons since its obviated by the words of the Constitution that we are to SUBMIT when the government – or some other armed evildoer – tells us to.

Due to my vocal dislike of the powers that be, on sites like this, I figure I have been flagged, tagged, and pre bagged for a FEMA camp anyway.
I never think that anything I do online is private, and act accordingly.

Anyone hear of Agenda 21? Won’t be FEMA camps but UN ones. It’s scary sh.. Made even scarier by the fact that they aren’t even hiding what it’s about. It’s all out on the UN website. Already started.

I’m sick and tired of all these whiny ass so called law enforcement agencies saying we must have access to everything without a warrant. Being in law enforcement and a duly sworn officer I know that there are people willing to do just about anything left to their own vices. That doesn’t give me or anyone else with a damn badge the right to violate the US Constitution. Every last sworn officer has to take an oath to uphold the Constitution of their state and the US Constitution. Do some basic leg work go to a prosecuting attorney and or a judge to get a warrant. In most cases it’s not that difficult to get one.

These so called elected officials wish to become politburo.

Well here goes, F*ck Harry Reid and the entire senate…..Read this and enjoy you bunch of socialist dicks. Perhaps if you would stick to fixing the country instead of peeking into everyone’s private affairs something might actually get done. We need less government, and the government that is left needs to concentrate on terrorists not patting down five year olds and grannies in wheelchairs. The Senate and the House for the most part are nothing but a bunch of egotistical dickheads who believe they know better than everyone else in the country. The Faux president, Senate and House are not important to me anymore since they have been bought and paid for by pigs like that Jew hating Soros. Politicians, put you hand in a bucket of water, pull it out and see how big a hole it leaves, that’s how important you are to me. And remember I didn’t leave you, you strayed off course so far I doubt whether you morons will ever get it right. If you don’t like the message don’t hate the messenger, look in the mirror and find out what the rest of us see, revolting little self important jerkoffs who are all on the take and only out for themselves. I hope a drug resistant strain of VD makes its rounds on capital hill since your all doing each other anyway.

Each and every one of these bastards that try to screw the people out of the Liberty we are guaranteed by the Constitution and its peripherals ought to be tried for treason and executed swiftly upon conviction. Even suggesting it ought to be grounds for immediate dismissal.
