Lying sack of excrement (D-MI)
We know nothing about Dan Benishek. Well, that’s not quite true. We know he’s not Bart Stupak. And that’s enough for us.
Benishek is Stupak’s Republican opponent. And if there was ever a guy who deserves to lose his seat, it’s that lying, corrupt weasel Bart Stupak.
Apparently, we’re not alone in our thinking.
Benishek for Congress has suddenly gone into high gear since Stupak proved he is a gutless liar. As of 8:30 p.m. EDT Sunday, his Facebook page had 5,726 fans. By 7:30 a.m. EDT, the number had skyrocketed all the way up to 11,977. He now has over 17,000.

Hi, I am Dan Benishek. I am running for U.S. Congress in Michigan’s 1st District and would like your support.
I was born in Iron River, Michigan. My mother was of Polish descent and my father of Bohemian descent. My father worked for the Civilian Conservation Corps and then in the iron mines of Iron County. He died in a mining accident in 1957 and my brother and I were raised by my mother, with the help of family. I graduated from West Iron County High School in 1970. I earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Michigan in 1974 and graduated from Wayne State Medical School in 1978. I have served as a general surgeon in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula since 1983. My wife Judy and I live in Crystal Falls. We share five children and two grandchildren. I am an avid hunter and fisherman and an NRA member.
I have never held political office but I feel compelled to seek a position at this time because of disturbing developments in our nation’s capitol. I have watched with horror and disbelief as congress has voted to spend trillions of dollars on legislation that no one even read. I very much want to serve my country and the citizens of the 1st District and to provide better representation and leadership on important issues…
We just did a little basic research and found out that Bart Stupak’s full name is Bartholomew Stupak. Let this be a lesson. Never trust a guy named Bartholonew.

rp and others supporting people other than Benishek, that ship has sailed. Benishek has gotten so much press and so many contributions that he will be unbeatable. Others now want to jump in but it will be too late, and all these additional candidates will do is have the Republicans waste money fighting each other instead of Stupak. Benishekk will be the nominee so support him instead of trying to step in for the personal ambition of others..

I am from Benishek’s hometown… my mother was a cancer patient of his… PLEASE REALIZE THIS GUY IS A QUACK!!! HE HAS LITTLE TO NO CREDIBILITY AND WILL BE EATEN ALIVE WHEN THE MEDIA GETS WIND OF HIS CHARACTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He did wrong by my mother both medically and with billing procedures (years after she sought other medical attention)! BEWARE!!!! and please find a respectable candidate!
