I’m no defender of the DC Police but in this case it appears to have turned over the matter to the AG’s office who, “despite the clarity of the violation of this important law,” refused to prosecute. So in this case, the AG (i’e., Eric Holder) is the one who is refusing to uphold the law. I’m shocked!

Wait, that was sarcasm. We all knew this would happen. Only law abiding, middle class citizens are criminals in the current world we live.
