I hear the DC area is really really nice for terrorists. Lots of good government benefits. The people that work there will really welcome terrorists type people. California and Massachusetts are quite nice also. However, the middle of the country and the south is horrible. You wouldn’t want to live anywhere near those places except Chicago or Detroit.
